This is a newer Denny's in a quieter part of town. The menu offers a lot of different options and you can enjoy breakfast for dinner. I like that it's always quiet but there's one issue and it's that Denny's only employs one single lady to work all by herself. I'm not okay with that and this older lady is working extra hard to stay on top of everything. Hire another person Denny's executives! The food is fine, nothing great but it does the job. I will start by saying the location is very clean and always is. Our service has always been really good, and was on this last visit. Wilfredo was our server, and he was great. We had 2 issues with this visit. First was with the Sirloin Steak and Eggs that was priced @ 9.99. My husband and I both ordered it, I was only able to eat about 2 bites of it due to it being grisly and tasting of liver.... Not good. The second issue was when we tried to use the 20% off coupon that clearly stated that it was not valid on the 2-4-6-8 or value menu. The Sirloin Steak and Eggs was nowhere on either of those menus. We did not order off either of those. It was located on a stand on the table. The coupon was not honored. We did not make a fuss. We paid our bill and left. We will be sure the next time that we can use the coupon with what we order. read more

I like this location of Denny's out convenience. I always get the grand slam, which is pretty simple and basic. I feel like the portions have gotten smaller and smaller over the years. I always compare breakfast places like this and IHOP similarly. I decided on the scrambled eggs, French toast, and turkey bacon. They always give a certain diner vibe that can't be replaced by other breakfast restaurants. This Classic American breakfast place is definitely one of the nicest breakfast places. The decor is amazing, definitely on the upper end for Denny's standards. The store looks beautiful and very clean inside, super spacious and comfy with new updated furniture. All of the staff are really nice and courteous. Our server was amazing. She was so kind, attentive, and made our experience wonderful. We met the general manager Alma and she is so welcoming and friendly , she went above & beyond to provide excellent service for us. I don't go to many Denny's restaurants, but this is the best Denny's I have ever been to. We went in after dropping off our friends at the airport, before going to Red Rock Canyon State Park early in the morning. We were the only people there, so it was dreamy. The service was impeccable. I always like their mozzarella stick appetizer. I had some issue with my rewards registering so I went in store and spoke to a manager. Denise was able to honor my rewards which was really nice. She was really patient and although it was a frustrating situation, she worked everything out for me. Overall, this location is pretty easy to get to. I've also tried their grand slam breakfast that comes with pancakes, turkey bacon, and eggs. We were drawn to the fairly new Denny's with the discount only to find out the discount did not mean what it said i.e., the discount does not cover the "specials" which were not clearly defined. I was really excited to try this new location. My step daughter works at the Simmons location and we love the food there when we pay her a visit. The decor was so fun! I love the very old school Vegas themed lights photos and artwork. Our server Eddie was on top of it the entire time. Very polite and attentive. Now for the food. This unfortunately is where the three stars come in. Look I don't expect Denny's to be fine dining but compared to the Denny's my SD works at the food here was not great. I ordered a steak and once again I don't expect this to be steakhouse quality, but it was gross. It was very fatty, gristly and almost like steak baloney IDK how to describe it. I'm on a low-carb diet so I didn't have the garlic bread which probably was the best part about the meal and I had two sides of steamed broccoli which was a pretty skimpy serving considering it was supposed to be 2 side dishes. My husband had the country fried steak with gravy and he had no complaints, but it's pretty hard to mess up breaded meat covered in gravy lol . The best thing about the food was the coffee I had. IDK if it's a quality thing because the prices of everything are so expensive that they have to buy much cheaper cuts of meat, but I would never ever order a steak from Denny's again. I would rather have paid for a better quality cut of meat and gotten less than I have received the really gross slab of meat that I was given. I had to cut and chisel it down just to find a decent bite of steak and remove all the weird rubbery pieces. anyhow, can't say I would ever go back maybe this new location just need some time to improve on the cooking? Maybe my expectations were just too high TBH. Food is almost always good at Denny's. It's a reliable diner after all these years, even late night. I just hate how you can only get in one way because of how it's in a shared parking lot with the hotel. But hilariously, they now have AI answering calls and doing orders by phone. And it says certain menu items aren't available at certain times. Like I'm pretty sure if I was in restaurant, I could get biscuits and gravy but was told by AI that it was a breakfast hours item only. Like what? You are a 24hr diner. You have biscuits at midnight if you have them at 6am. Unless it's a delivery issue but that's not typical. This location is rarely full, but it is short staffed all the time. This is a fairly new location that I found by accident. Inside is open and ready to serve. The servers here are friendly and helpful just in case you never been to a Dennys before. The menu here is full of choices and they have new items all the time. I have had the T bone, the bacon avocado burger and also the stuffed French toast. They never disappoint and I have a long way to go before I try all the food here. Lots of options. If you been to a Dennys before they are the same it's the service that brings me back to a place like this. This place has great servers so I will return for sure. It was my first time at this Denny's. I really liked the contemporary design of the building as well as the furnishings inside. They even had a claw machine by the front door. This is not the Denny's I remember from my childhood. I was there on a mission........to claim my free birthday slam. I got mine with one bacon, one sausage, two over medium eggs and French toast. Normally I would never complain about something that was complimentary but I feel like I have to this time. The Birthday Slam's carb portion is a choice of 2 pancakes, 2 French toast or 2 slices of toast. I asked if I could substitute hash browns because I had a gluten allergy. The answer was no. They said they used to have gluten free English muffins but they no longer carry them. If there are no substitutions then I think they should offer a gluten free option. It wasn't a big deal for me because I gave my husband my French toast and he gave me his hash browns from his steak and eggs. It would be sad if a person came in alone and was given just two eggs and two bacon. Being that it was my birthday breakfast I felt I had to have a vanilla milkshake too. It was so good. The bacon was crispy and the eggs were perfectly over medium but the sausage was meh. The star of the day was the extra crispy hash browns. My husband's steak and eggs were very good. The French toast was a little dry. It was better when he finally got some syrup on it. He almost gave up trying to get the syrup out of the bottle. The spout was totally clogged and when he tried to take the top off to pour out without the spout there was a chunk that was hardened blocking the opening. The service was friendly and attentive. This is a nice and new Denny's location, and I'd be back if family wants to dine here for breakfast. From my experience, the service was okay. They had a lot of staff but my I asked for everything on my crepe to be left on the side because I didn't want it to be too sweet and wanted add it myself. The food was decent, but the bacon was also very thin. I didn't mind that though, but some may complain and expect more. There are gender neutral restrooms here and the restaurant feels brand new, bright and modern. It's nice to have a Denny's close home too. Nice to see new spots around this area as well. read more
