So, off I went. My hotel stay also added a 10% discount, so that helped. I was greeted and seated fairly quickly after walking in the door. The server, Sophia, was absolutely a gem! Throughout my meal, I was checked on at perfect intervals. I love the ambiance of this place. Lots of wood, exposed brick, high exposed ceilings. It's a rustic-industrial warehouse feel...yet also with a warm neighborhood feel. Gotta love it. Tonight I opted for the jalapeño popper burger. The burger was smaller than I expected, and they charged me $3 for bacon. Come on. The jalapeño popper cream cheese was a little too heavy, which made the burger a complete mess. It was good, don't get me wrong, it was just a mess. The fries, although happy with the serving size...were not as crispy as I'd like. They also had a less than fresh / possibly reheated taste and feel to them. I also opted for the s'mores cheesecake, which I would not recommend. The toppings made it hard to cut without the cheesecake busting out the sides...and the crust was too thick and hard. I ended up taking off the top layer and eating just the cheesecake off the crust. Overall: unsure the size of that burger justifies that price point, but the place itself has a great vibe.

I've been a weekly regular for a few months and have had 4 or 5 different meals. The food always tastes good and consistently comes out fast. The whole staff seems experienced and the servers know how to take care of their customers, even during the busiest of times. Chadasy in particular is my favorite. You will often see her smiling and laughing, making the dining experience very enjoyable. And if you're lucky you might even get to hear her sing along with the radio :) If you are a veteran, don't forget to ask for the military discount.
