I had a very disappointing experience here today that led me to cancel my membership…read more I pulled up to the gate using my membership, but the machine would not open. Since there was a line of cars behind me and I was holding everyone up, I honked to get assistance from an employee. Instead of helping, one of the male employees yelled at me, "CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF." That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a paying member, I was simply asking for help because the gate was not working. A female employee eventually came over to assist me and even she had trouble understanding why the gate wasn't opening since my membership was active. After finally getting through, I went into the office and spoke with Rafael and asked to cancel my membership. At that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing to give my business to a place where a customer asking for help is treated this way. I understand places get busy, but yelling at customers instead of helping them is unacceptable. Customer service matters, especially when the issue was caused by the equipment not working.

They didn't wipe down the doors, there are fingerprints all over the interior, and large details were completely missed. We were also supposed to get an air freshener and didn't receive one. It honestly feels like they just did a quick vacuum and called it a day. For the gold package at $50, I expected a little more. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back and I would probably recommend looking elsewhere. EDIT: after receiving the response from the owner... our experience makes more sense. I also left out that during the wash process,as my husband was watching, it didn't get the last few treatments as it traveled through the wash process -- just the first. He brought that up and the worker gave him a $10 Credit on the next visit but he must have missed that our car was tagged under the wrong wash. Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. Pay for a membership and take advantage of all the car washes you would like. It's fast and easy. Come when it's not crazy packed which is ideal. It's part of the gas station just right off the 405. Enter, scan your info but I'm not sure if it's scans your license plate as a way as well. Your instructed how to get on the conveyer belt and your all set. The attendant starts with the first soap lathering and the machine does all the rest. Sit back and enjoy the free show for a quick second. Afterwards, you drive off and someone is at the end to do a quick dry for you. You're free to go afterwards or pull into one of the slots for self service. There's vacuums on either side for easy access to use. The cords are long enough to go from front to back of your car. Plus there's an attachment where your mats can hang for easy vacuuming. It's alway a great experience and an easy and fast wash. It does the trick but you got to put in some elbow grease yourself for the final details. For the price of a single car wash elsewhere, it's a membership here that gets you unlimited wash and vacuuming.
