I was looking for a reliable and good auto detailing service and a friend recommended Jose and now…read moreI see why. I originally needed someone to help me remove a fragrance oil stain from my car's dashboard and had been messaging several companies. Many of them simply told me it couldn't be done, others asked for pictures and never responded, others simply ignored my question. Jose did everything possible to help me find a solution and as it turned out, the item that removed the stain was a detailing wipe I had in my possession the entire time. He was 100% honest and told me that it was my detailing wipe rather than take full credit. I'll also say that the detail work on my car was amazing. He did exterior and interior work and left my car absolutely spotless, looking brand new for a very reasonable price. I have since recommended his service to friends and strangers. I absolutely will continue to use his services for my car going forward. I highly recommend him for an honest non- price gouging service.

Joseph is very easy to talk to, will inform you about everything included in the service. Sent him photos of interior and exterior, like every single nook and details and will give you price estimate, which I appreciate. He also sent reminder the day before appointment. Unfortunately I had procedure done and still recovering, so I ended up having my sister meet with him on the day of appointment. Joseph is very punctual and honest. He also asked permission beforehand, and that, people of the world, only shows that he is someone who values respect, trust and boundaries. After few hours, (yes, that's how filthy ) I couldn't recognize my car anymore. It's as if Joseph resuscitated my poor car and gave my car a new life! If this is over reacting, so be it! But if you are in my shoes, you will understand what I mean. Oh boy, It's not only polished and spotless but smells sooo rich and clean. I am beyond satisfied! Kudos to Joseph, I pray you will be blessed with more clients. Thank you for going above and beyond coz it shows in your work. And thank you for showing compassion and sending me get well wishes. Terrible customer service…read more I had a coupon for a free Pro Wash. When I entered the wash area, I noticed they had me down for a basic wash. I immediately asked the employee about it, and he gave me an attitude and asked, "Do you still have the barcode?" I explained that I had already shown it to the woman at the entrance. He then walked away. I spoke to the manager, who offered to let me go through the wash again. As I was going through, the same employee told me that he had supposedly already changed my first wash to the Pro. I told him I wasn't aware of that because you walked away without saying a word. Rather than acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, he continued to be rude and defensive. Then, while I was in the vacuum area cleaning the inside, the manager told me to hurry up because other customers were waiting. I looked around and noticed multiple empty vacuum spaces. So apparently I was expected to rush through cleaning my own car even though there was plenty of available space. I came in with a coupon for a free wash and left with the distinct feeling that I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. There are plenty of car washes that will gladly take my business without the attitude and hassle.

When I tried to resolve the issue, it was difficult to get in touch with Amir, the business owner. Instead of taking responsibility, he offered to send other companies or reschedule the appointment for two weeks after the original date. This is not how you run a business or treat your customers. People have schedules, and their time deserves to be respected. Very disappointing experience, especially when it comes to communication, reliability, and customer service.
