Since there was a line of cars behind me and I was holding everyone up, I honked to get assistance from an employee. Instead of helping, one of the male employees yelled at me, "CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF." That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a paying member, I was simply asking for help because the gate was not working. A female employee eventually came over to assist me and even she had trouble understanding why the gate wasn't opening since my membership was active. After finally getting through, I went into the office and spoke with Rafael and asked to cancel my membership. At that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing to give my business to a place where a customer asking for help is treated this way. I understand places get busy, but yelling at customers instead of helping them is unacceptable. Customer service matters, especially when the issue was caused by the equipment not working.

It honestly feels like they just did a quick vacuum and called it a day. For the gold package at $50, I expected a little more. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back and I would probably recommend looking elsewhere. EDIT: after receiving the response from the owner... our experience makes more sense. I also left out that during the wash process,as my husband was watching, it didn't get the last few treatments as it traveled through the wash process -- just the first. I originally needed someone to help me remove a fragrance oil stain from my car's dashboard and had been messaging several companies. Many of them simply told me it couldn't be done, others asked for pictures and never responded, others simply ignored my question. Jose did everything possible to help me find a solution and as it turned out, the item that removed the stain was a detailing wipe I had in my possession the entire time. He was 100% honest and told me that it was my detailing wipe rather than take full credit. I'll also say that the detail work on my car was amazing. He did exterior and interior work and left my car absolutely spotless, looking brand new for a very reasonable price. I have since recommended his service to friends and strangers.
