Staff was friendly, 12 ounce bud light draft was $4.00 a beer overpriced ! The Brushetta appetizer was basically a bagel with feta cheese, a few chopped tomatoes and red onions with Italian dressing on the side. Went after the Polar Express, TERRIBLE service. We waited for about 15 minutes to be greeted, then when we got our salads, no silverware.... had a party of 10 and they forgot to make 4 people's food! When we asked our waitress where our food was she said "oh s**t" so we wait another half hour for our pizza. The other 6 guests were completely done eating when our food came. Had to wait for plates for our pizza. The pizza was very good, but was clouded over by the terrible staff. They were taking shots, talking about how that was the last train, thank God, selfies and at the end the manager came out and announced loudly to the staff how people should expect to wait 2 hours. Really!!???? Not even half the tables were occupied! If these people had the right management this place would be a gold mine . read more

Arrived with a party of nine for dinner after a nice family drive through the Ohio countryside. We were celebrating my in-law's 54th wedding anniversary. Great atmosphere. Service is a bit slow. Salads were the highlight of the meal (I'm serious, the salads were VERY good). For those in our group ordering pasta or pizza, they were pleased with their meals. Anyone ordering meat however had a different story. The chicken was WAY overcooked (dry and hard!) along with the meatballs on the spaghetti. When my meal arrived there was NO chicken on the plate even though that was the centerpiece of the order. Pretty funny. I asked about the lack of chicken on the plate and the waitress said she would check into it. A few minutes later she came back and said indeed they had left the chicken on the grill. She apologized for the "new help" in the kitchen and for the fact they were "very busy" (plenty of tables were empty). She took my plate back to the kitchen. Five to ten minutes later she appeared with my meal with the chicken on the plate. By this time many of the folks at our table had finished their meals or were getting close to doing so. When we received the bill there was no compensation for the mix-up with my meal. I thought they may remove the charge since the chicken had been missing at first and I had let them know the chicken had been overcooked. I hardly ate any of it. I paid full price and even left a nice tip for the waitress. I felt a bit sorry for her. In summary, none of my relatives or I will ever return to this restaurant. Some attention to detail and just a simple "sorry" sometimes goes a long way. If you want pizza and a beer, probably a good choice. For anything else I'd stay away. read more

Their pizza is good, but I go for the baked pasta. It's a huge portion of pasta with your choice of pizza toppings - and they have some unusual choices that go well with my tastes (fresh garlic, feta cheese, etc). I have never had a truly bad meal there. My only complaint is that the wait times are insane, especially on the weekends - but hey, I'd rather they stay busy and keep serving their fantastic food rather than close. read more

Awesome local place, we've made a tradition of going here for pizza before the Polar Express train ride! Great pizza, we've had the veggie and a pineapple w/ham, both were terrific. Server was great. Pizza was great for myself and kids. My wife ordered gnochi and meatballs. The meatballs were served cold. We told a gentlemen who was part of the management team about it. With no apology offered up he simply said he would bring out fresh meatballs. The hot meatballs came out promptly again with no apology from him. This time they were hot but tough as shoe leather. He did come back and ask how they were and when my wife said "They are just OK" he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Simply because of his indifference I won't be back. Very inconsistent. We've been here several times, and you just never know what you're going to get. Tonight, the only good part of our meal was the salad, which is always good. Pasta roma had zero flavor - did you run out of garlic?? The garlic bread didn't even have any garlic flavor. Absolutely awful. Ingredients listed on the menu were not all included in the meal. First visit in almost 20 years. We walked into a not so busy restaurant with 2 servers on. After choosing a booth to sit at, it took at least 10 min to be greeted by our server, only after I got the attention of another server asking if we could get some service. We started with the bruschetta which was great, but it did take a while. Our salads followed soon after, then our meal came out almost immediately after our salads. We were very pleased with our meals, but the service could use some work. read more

Ate there once with my mom.decent food but 2 times now including today..stand in the doorway on both occassions for 10min..the staff including the guy with the reservation clipboard..looks at us but ignores us until a bunch of upper class folks start packing in..then clipboard guy comes over gets there reservation info and turns away not even speaking to us! My mom was like Umm excuse me sir.. I swear those guys overlook you if you don t look a certain way to fit the mold of their OVERRATED restaurant!!! Mind you today was blowoff #2 the other time 5yrs ago when my husband,myself and another couple wanted to celebrate our birthdays..then we stood for 15min..ignored and plenty of staff and open tables but no one acknowledged us..so we sat down.10min go by..had to flag a waitress down..took our drink order..no menus yet..15min later..still no menus..and our drinks were still sitting on the bar.We left.Once again..obviously 5yrs later same sort of situation..i understand being busy but when staff walks right by you..look right at you but no one even says be right with you.. Come on..ridiculous!
