When I walked into the dealership Dennis was a lively character. He is nice until you sign the papers on a "Sold As Is" car. I found it strange that he kept asking his assistant if I signed the papers yet? That should have been my red flag,but no. I proceeded the transaction and within hours discovered the car is a piece of junk. I asked if there were any defects I should know about that would affect if I think I can handle or not he kept saying no (lies). Several trips back to his place and 3 mechanics later, my car stops in the middle of traffic. When I call or visit the dealership he acts as if I am a thorn in his side. I don't want anything but a working vehicle. I didn't sign up to purchase/finance a car that is not only NOT drivable but DANGEROUS to drive. I would only recommend that you purchase a car from him if you are on a suicide mission and would like to die in your car and possibly take a few lives along with you. I believe even if he reads this review he will do nothing to rectify the situation. If I don't make the payments, he will take the car back and resell it with all its issues. He's that kind of guy. Responded to a Craigs List ad they had posted for a used motorcycle. I was met by Bianca, and immediately felt at ease. So I had a problem, needed to sell my daughters car like now. She got sick, moved to our home out of state didn't have the title . I had her POA, had the duplicate title form signed and notorized . I have had my Audi Allroad since 2004, when I bought it new. It was time to sell it and I first went to CarMax. I had to wait forever for them to give me an ok price (if you love your car, they are never worth what you think). I then called Dennis. Over the phone he told me the range he could give me for the car. It was not like it was crazy higher than CarMax, but it was higher. No pressure, no BS. I brought the car to him the next day and he looked it over and confirmed his offer (higher than CarMax). Dennis was straight forward, no hassle and the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. You could get more for you car, if you want to spend weeks listing your car on Craigslist and meeting every person that wants to come along to take a look and worry about someone driving off with it during the test drive, but I have a life and a job, so who has time for that. Caveat emptor. Let the buyer beware. Dennis does not permit a car to be inspected by a mechanic of the buyer's choosing except if the mechanic will do so at the sellers lot. Why? What defects will be uncovered? It was very hard on Saturday. Dennis, saying the car does not need any repair, offered a warranty for the engine and transmission only. However after buying the car and checking by a mechanic it was discovered that the engine and transmission mountings are broken and that repair is not covered by the warranty. In addition other problems were found. All costly to replace/repair about $600.00. Unfortunately most buyers will not know to ask about engine mounts, or any other specific parts costly and necessary items might need replacing or repair. I asked seriously, are there any problems with this car. Hearing the answer was NO, I depended on the integrity and candor of the seller or the warranty. If neither is there, well then.... In short not an entirely honest transaction. read more

Contacted Dennis because I was selling a car I told him about some of the minor issues it had including the bad paint job after he saw the pictures I sent him he offered to pay $8K and to bring him the car so after driving more than 2 hours we get there and he makes excuses that a paint job its going to be expensive for him so he low balls me to $5K so it was no deal. read more

I have an old 2004 vehicle which I never use. It just sit in the street everyday and has become a hassle to wake up and move it on street sweeping days. After getting my tire slashed yesterday and replacing it with a new tire, I was fed up. I called this business and spoke with Paul who quoted me around 3300 on the phone. When I showed up this morning, he did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, drove it around the block and came to the conclusion that though it needs a LOT of work (It does), it's still a good car. After some minor haggling and back and forth on price (he started pretty reasonable) we finally shook hands and agreed on a pretty reasonable figure. This took about 30 minutes, tops, paperwork and all. Very nice guy, doesn't seem shady at all, offered a decent figure based on the existing problems and they had great customer service.
