Initially I thought I was being treated as a customer with the usual courtesy and immediate answering of the phone regarding queries. Decided to purchase a 2014 Lexus and on the day of completing my transaction and collection of my new car, the unprofessionalism kicked in. The original sales person I was dealing with was late and had to deal with the most uninterested salesperson I've ever met. Asked me to sign the paperwork, took my money gave me the keys and vanished. No quick tour on instrumentation or controls.They were supposed to put two tyres on, didn't happen. Asked to have a few small scratches buffed, instead they put what I can only describe as silver nail varnish on the scratches and when I asked to have it rectified they tried to charge me €340. The sat nav was missing and I spent 5 weeks trying to get an answer as to why. Eventually after 17 phone calls I was informed that it would cost €1400 to fit the sat nav that should have come as standard and they weren't going to pay for it. So I asked what now and was essentially told, tough.
I've come across some unprofessional people in my time but this is a new low. Once they had my money, that was it, shutters down, doors closed and phone off the hook. Would never go near them again and would advise you not to either. read more
