Most helpful when my mother was passing her car to my daughter, buying another car from a different garage (arranged delivery to their garage for a test drive) and then selling my daughters car. Very pleased with the overall ease of purchase, I was trading in a vehicle as well as going via a financing route and the whole process was handled really well incl. transfer of ownership on the car I was trading in. I was buying just ahead of Christmas and the sales rep. was good offer advice on taxing my vehicle given how close to Christmas/end year it was. The car came with long NCT, 12 month warranty plus free 1 year roadside assistance with AA. Whilst I did need to fall back into the warranty the service department were pleasant to deal with and were able to have car in plus with the AA coverage given, a replacement car was easily organised. Car was repaired and nice to have it returned back to me with a fresh valet done on it. Nice touch! Would be happy to buy here again.

Decided to purchase a 2014 Lexus and on the day of completing my transaction and collection of my new car, the unprofessionalism kicked in. The original sales person I was dealing with was late and had to deal with the most uninterested salesperson I've ever met. Asked me to sign the paperwork, took my money gave me the keys and vanished. No quick tour on instrumentation or controls.They were supposed to put two tyres on, didn't happen. Asked to have a few small scratches buffed, instead they put what I can only describe as silver nail varnish on the scratches and when I asked to have it rectified they tried to charge me €340. The sat nav was missing and I spent 5 weeks trying to get an answer as to why. Eventually after 17 phone calls I was informed that it would cost €1400 to fit the sat nav that should have come as standard and they weren't going to pay for it. So I asked what now and was essentially told, tough. I've come across some unprofessional people in my time but this is a new low. Once they had my money, that was it, shutters down, doors closed and phone off the hook. Would never go near them again and would advise you not to either.

About an hour later the same sales man called me back saying he had 3 different options for me to consider regarding the finance. We I arrived down he handed me 3 different finance options. The one he was pushing was a 3.9% APR over 61 months. He said that with this option I didn't have to pay a large amount at the end of the term like I would have to with PCP option. I was happy to go ahead with this option and signed documentation to order the car. I asked the sales man about paying a deposit and he said there was no need. Long story short, he calls me the next day and says he made a mistake and that the 3.9% offer was only available on commercial vehicles. I was shocked. This man had told me he had been selling cars for 39 years!! How could he make such a foolish mistake. He actually had the cheek to say that he thought I mentioned the 3.9% deal to him instead of the other way round. I'm disgusted that he thought he could blame me on his error. I called and spoke to the sales manager who said it "wasn't a big deal and only a minor error", he didn't even apologize for his incompetent staff member. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY to even get a new tyre, they don't know their bottoms from their elbows. Also, they don't answer the phone or return calls. I wouldn't touch these idiots with a barge-pole and would recommend anyone wanting to buy a car in the area to run a mile from this totally inept car dealership
