The man who owns this place was so very nice. My husband has been going here for years. I went in for the first time on Tuesday. I was a bit nervous due to all the negative reviews. My experience was nothing like the reviews. The employees were very nice snd the lady was helpful with finding the jeans I needed. We had good conversation and they had the jeans on special. Possibly the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The man behind the register with the grey hair and glasses was verbally abusive to my girlfriend and I. One of the meanest, most vile retail workers I've ever encountered. We simply asked him what the wash was on a pair of pants and he just looked at us blankly. Didn't say a word. So my girlfriend started looking online, and he suddenly assumed that we weren't going to buy anything in-store and proceeded to SCREAM at us. Told us he was going to close the store because we were wasting his time (this appears to be a pattern here, see the other reviews). I said I was actually considering buying a pair of jeans but he just ignored me and kept screaming, "YOU'RE WASTING MY TIME!" The guy was an utter monster. The whole experience was like something out of the twilight zone. The woman on the floor was extremely rude as well. DO NOT VISIT THIS SITE!!! When Ryan and I arrived, two employees were disrespectful to him. He was dressed casually in a shirt and gym shoes when one of the employees said, "oh you haven't shopped for yourself in a while, have you?" Not only was this insulting, implying that he doesn't own any nice clothes, but the clerk then went on to say that he "could just have a garage sale" for all of his current clothes. What a disgraceful and demeaning level of customer service. What exactly is going on? Are you folks intentionally being rude? Some places are at least doing what they can to improve their business, but this location is driving customers away. I decided to give this spot a second chance, but unfortunately it sucked. I was trying to find my size in various styles. But it became very uncomfortable shopping while being cornered every step i made by the store owner and the lady who works there. They kept rushing me even followed me into the dressing room. I had been wanting to come to this store for a while I finally found some time around 1:00 pm to check it out when I got there the store was completely empty. As I was starting to find some pants I liked the owner shouted across the store that I could not hold more than 3 pants at a time I understood so I set them down and said can I leave them here while I look for more. He says yes then shortly after says "no, you need to leave I'm closing the store". I am absolutely confused as to why he would kick out what seemed to be the only customer all day right when I was only there to give the man my money for some jeans. He was very rude shewing me off like I was some one who had been disrespecting his store. Although the prices where amazing and good quality jeans the owner is a straight up rude and will make you feel uncomfortable. Update I drove past again 20 minutes after to see that the store is open. I tried entering again and he tells me he will call the cops and I asked why can't I shop here his answer is "I have no answer leave before I call the cops". read more

I came in here with my girlfriend hoping to see if there were any jeans that I would like, unfortunately there weren't, so when I gave the jeans back to the owner, and he had the audacity to say "Oh, you don't buy? You just came here to bother?" Like what the heck dude, I'm not going to buy things that I don't like. Buyer beware, no returns accepted here! No published policy on that just the rude guy behind the counter says so! Wow! Haven't experienced customer service this bad in a long time. I've bought from this store several times over the last several years but won't be back again. Bought 2 pair of jeans there about a week ago and the color ran on one pair after the first wash. Both were washed per directions ,in cold water. Tried to exchange the problematic pair this morning with no success. "Not my problem" I was told. "This is a manufacture issue " and I would have to deal with them directly. No great deals in this store so I'll be taking my business to Macy's or somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell. I purchased a shirt that was too big. When I returned the shirt the next day with the tags still attached, the guy at the counter said "no refunds." I explained I did not want my money back or even store credit. I simply asked if I could switch it for a smaller size. He refused to allow me to exchange it for the same shirt in a smaller size. I get a response from the business calling me a lier. The response said I was trying to exchange a pair of pants I didn't buy there; this is completely untrue. I purchased a shirt and tried to return it the very next day for a smaller size. read more

She also has great taste in clothes, she has never let me walk out of your store without making sure that what I buy matches and looks good.
