Amazing service! My family has dealt with Denham for many years. I purchased a car from Colin Karbonik a few years ago and recently needed some recalls done on my car as well as an oil change. Colin pulled all strings for me to ensure that I had a car to drive while they were working on my car. Colin drove all the way to Sherwood Park to pick up my vehicle for me as well as brought it back to me when the work was complete. I would definitely say that I was taken care of 100%. And Kyla.informed me that My service Package had ended a few days after prior to my visit. I was disappointed and upset that I had not been made aware. We arrived at Denham Ford at 9:00 a.m. (coming from Pigeon Lake) for our oil change which was scheduled for 9:30. I ended up having to get a shuttle to my 12:00 appointment with an eye specialist. My husband arrived 20 minutes after I got there. I was very upset by the wait time and the anxiety of maybe missing my other appointment for which I had allowed a lot of time. I think that this would and in the future, could......entirely be avoided if Denham did not OVERBOOK. Better to have less HAPPY people, than a lot of VERY UNHAPPY people! read more

Had worked for an old neighbor as a janitor for the fords, this family is disgusting, has connections to Adrenochrome and also monopolistic behavior across the city. Service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I have done business with Denham's for over twenty years, but service has went downhill the last few years to the point I will be going elsewhere for my next vehicle purchase. I have two vehicles they worked on recently the F350 it took about a month and a half to get back, the F150 almost a month. Both of them came back with the same issues they went in with. read more

Brittany in the service department was awesome! I had some warranty work to get done, I had to delay it due to an accident my husband had. She kept the work order open and let me book in when it finally worked with my schedule. She even got me a loaner car and to top it all off my car was detailed inside and out!!!!!! Excellent service for performing two oil changes in our 2 vehicles. The service team put more people than average on one car to give us the availability to go and boot around town while they worked on the other car.
