I don't think I could be possibly more satisfied and grateful for all that Ava did when she came…read moreover to groom and make pretty Buddy and Cumo, the cats. She literally came up the driveway, opened up the van, and took the cats inside. From there, over the course of a couple hours, she METICULOUSLY did the nail-clipping of the cats; the ear-cleaning of the cats; the full-out hair-cutting of the cats; the full-out shampooing-and-batheing of the cats; and the full-out towel-and-blowdrying of the cats. The price was a MASSIVE BARGAIN compared to any other catgrooming service within 50miles of this neighborhood, and THE GROOMER DRIVES TO YOU! The cats ended up looking beautiful and happy. They smell great too. And, best of all, their claws are trimmed PERFECTLY! That means no more cuts and scratches. I actually had become USED TO getting scratched and clawed up several times a week, up till now. In fact, the only possible negative thing that MIGHT even potentially be said...? Ava is TOO good and TOO much of a bargain! Sure, I gave her a tip, but now I'm wondering if I should have given her more! Likewise, because she's such a great cat groomer and such a bargain price, people all over the region pull her in different directions constantly which, as might be expected, can make her punctuality a little uncertain. But, hey. That's a really small-tradeoff, and her being a bit late becomes completely understandable. So, if your appointment times with her shift around a bit, just don't sweat it. Ava, on behalf of myself and the cats-- Thank You. I give Ava and Littlejohn Pet Mobile Grooming my highest rating, my deepest thanks, and STRONGEST recommendation.

Sadly, I have to give Ava a pretty negative review. I have used Ava's service twice and both times…read moreshe was friendly and great with our pets. I really liked using her, until my third appointment with her..... Here's a timeline of what happened: 10/15 Sunday: contacted her for an appointment 10/16 Monday: confirmed Wednesday 3pm appt 10/18 Wednesday: 2:56pm, Ava texted me to reschedule, 4 minutes before our appt, asked if she could come 11am the next day instead, confirmed with her on it. 10/19 Thursday: texted Ava at 11:25am to see if she was coming, no response, no calls, just simply didn't show up 10/20 Friday: texted Ava again to check on her to see if something happened. She responded a few hours later asking if she could schedule for the next day at 11am, confirmed with her on it (again). 10/21 Saturday: texted Ava at 11:25am to check if she's coming, again no response, no calls, didn't show up. No more contact since then. I am honestly extremely disappointed in how unprofessional she handled her appt with me. It doesn't matter if she had an emergency, I have been more than understanding to let her reschedule with me twice AND left me hanging twice, and I would have continue being understanding if I was given heads up and good communication. No offense, unless she was dying or kidnapped by an alien, there's is no excuse for bailing on your client twice with no heads up whatsoever. I as a client wanted a mobile groomer because I am very busy so I do not necessarily always have the time to take my dogs to the groomer salon, yet I ended up wasting even more time waiting around for Ava. Unless I receive a reasonable explanation for what happened, my review will not change. Like I said, the two times I used her, she was great, price was reasonable. Then she drove my impression of her to shit when this happened. Disappointed, would not recommend, unless you are perfectly ok with your groomer ghosting you after making an appt with you, don't bother.

I wanted to share a memorable experience from when Erica was pet sitting my Yorkie, Sirius Black…read more It was only the second day, and I was starting to miss him quite a bit. I got a video from Erica showing Sirius having an absolute blast in the backyard. He was running around chasing a toy, and he looked really happy. Erica really went above and beyond, taking him for long walks and making sure he got plenty of exercise. I loved how she engaged him during their walks, taking the time to let him explore and sniff around. It was clear that she has a great way with dogs. Sirius can be a little shy around new people, so it was really reassuring to see him so comfortable and having fun with her. This whole experience reinforced how important it is to have someone caring for your pet who truly understands their needs and takes the time to interact with them. I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Erica--she definitely made my time away much easier knowing Sirius was in such good hands.

From the very first meeting, it was clear that she genuinely loves dogs and takes her job seriously. Yarim managed to earn the trust of both almost immediately, which speaks volumes. She's incredibly reliable, communicative, and attentive. Every walk is handled with care and professionalism--she makes sure our dog gets the exercise, mental stimulation, and love they need while we're at work or out for the day. Yarim always updates us with photos, notes about how the walk went, and any behavior changes she notices, which shows just how observant and responsible she is. One of the things I appreciate most is how flexible and understanding she is with scheduling. Life can get unpredictable, but she always does her best to accommodate us when we need last-minute help. She's also helped reinforce training we've been working on, which has made a noticeable difference in both of our dogs' leash manners. Above all, Yarim treats our dogs like they're her own. She's kind, patient, and genuinely invested in their well-being. That peace of mind--to know they're in good hands when we're not home--is priceless. If you're looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and professional dog walker who will go above and beyond for your pets, Yarim is the one. Our dog adores her, and so do we.
