This place practice deceptive business. They tried to say that they had fixed my car, gave a…read morerefund ,they did not give me no refund) then gave my car back to me, without me paying. They can not be trusted I had to call the Police to get my car back from them. Who work on a car and release it before it is paid for and they give the client money? I had my car removed from there and will never go there again, even if I have to take it to Grand Haven or Grand Rapids. Jordan is Crooked, I am sure I am not the 1st person they did that to. Jordan has deceptive business practice, they actually told a Bald face lie to say they fix my car and I didn't pay for seven years they didn't send any notices.

This shop has been fair for my entire life, good work good prices. I was charged $280 for a 6 inch…read moreflex pipe replacement and I didn't like the price but I liked the shop and said go ahead and do it. The car is my mother's and the exhaust is vibrating horribly and they refuse to fix it. I called and wanted to discuss a possible solution and "Dave" hung up the phone on me. This is very poor work and horrible customer service. At high prices I would expect better.
