Came here today after breakfast but they weren't open for another 15 minutes. I parked off to the…read moreside and walked up the driveway to the right to look at evergreens. I went back up again when my mom asked me about a specific tree. When I returned the second time I was informed by one of the workers, who was opening the gate, that I shouldn't have been walking around up there. She told my mom, who was sitting in the car, the same thing a minute before. There are no signs posted stating as much nor was there a gate or cable across this driveway. If there had been we would have waited in our car for the business to open. Furthermore, I resent the implication that I'm dishonest and would steal a tree, bush or other merchandise before they were opened. I'm a thoroughly honest person who was simply being her mother's eyes as we look for trees for a landscaping project. Given the worker's snarky, condescending attitude we will be spending our landscaping budget elsewhere.

I am writing with regard to your Black Bean and Corn Soup product. We purchased this and Corn Chowder from Osborne's a few weeks to a month ago. We first made the Corn Chowder, which I thought tasted funny, but my husband ate it all. He was later sick that evening, but we didn't think too much of it. About a week ago, we all of a sudden started finding some type of worms crawling on the ceiling near the pantry. We could not figure out what was going on. Did Food fall somewhere and it was rotting? We pulled out our stove, our refrigerator cleaned everywhere and could not find the source. It wasn't until last night where I saw a worm looking like it was crawling out of the cabinet and we decided to look inside the bag of the black bean and corn soup. To our disgusted surprise, there were tons of worms inside the soup mix!! I attach a picture here for your review. (No option to include photo on this review) We first want to make you aware that the product is contaminated so that others can avoid the same disgusting experience and would also appreciate at the very least, reimbursement of the cost of the soup. I found a couch I liked the look of (the Calvin line), so we decided to go check it out in person. I was extremely hesitant to go to this store after reading the other reviews saying the salespeople were terrible, there were issues with this and that, and all sorts of other things. I am SO glad we went anyway; we had the best experience! Thom O'Donnell worked with us the whole time and was WONDERFUL! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, didn't push anything on us, and gave us the perfect balance between space to browse and attention for information. He was fast, efficient, and accurate in everything he did, and so pleasant and friendly the whole time! My boyfriend and I were so pleased with what we saw at the store and our experience, that we decided to get a dining room table and chairs set as well as the couch which we ended up loving. Thom got us all set up with our pieces to be delivered and assembled at our apartment in Stoneham, and he was very thorough with telling us the whole process. We could easily tell that he wasn't trying to pull the wool over our eyes or trick us into doing or buying anything we didn't want. I will update this review when our furniture is delivered and share how that goes. For now, we are very pleased with the experience we had at Bob's, and if all goes well with the delivery, I'm sure we'll be back in the future for more furniture!

They greet you when you come in, okay that's nice, but as you walk around the store, they keep popping up at weird times, and in weird places. Asking questions, asking what you like, interrupting my husband and I several times. It almost reminded me of an escape room experience. We were close to making a purchase, but the people were so annoying that we left and went to another store instead.
