From the very start, the process was positive and professional in every way imaginable. The estimate was very fair and the process of getting the estimate and modifying specific parts of it were easy and handled with professionality. The day of the roof installation was also very well handled and completed by a good team and all of the workers and staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We had suspected that several facia boards needed attention or replacement, and that was done as well which was a pleasant surprise and very cost effective. The job was completed in less than a day ( 7 hours from tear off to complete), and the job site was left in a clean and orderly way. I want to recommend Gold Country Roofing as a great company and one which was more competitively priced and better than several other bids and estimates we received. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and show the highest degree of integrity possible. James Brunet

You can tell he loves his vocation, treats his everyone with respect & dignity, and expects high quality workmanship from his team. Our quote was competitive and within a few thousand compared to two other similar companies. While we opted to go with another provider for our roof (it was truly a difficult choice), we'll certainly return to Volt when we're ready to install solar due to the customer service and attentiveness I experienced during the estimate process. I am always skeptical when I see companies with a skewed number of reviews, and I rarely provide a 5 star rating, but I think it's certainly deserved in this case.

I needed a softwash and gutter cleaning prior to the important maintenance and repair work. The company did both. I got four bids from different, licensed roofing contractors. Triple R was the only one that identified the leak on one corner of the house by the rake edge tiles. In addition, they made a point of citing the importance of cleaning all flashings and noting any leaks unlike the other contractors. The flashing by the chimney required new underlayment and reshaping so the wood will stay dry and the roof will drain properly. The rake tiles were all sealed. I would recommend Triple R to anyone who wants a comprehensive inspection and roof maintenance job done well. Communication was easy and Triple R uses pictures to show the customer before and after, as well as a record of the work.

I called to get an estimate and was assisted by Alejandro. He scheduled a date that worked best for me to come out for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit. On the day of the project, his crew showed up promptly. They got straight to work. The project took around 4.5 hours long to finish. After they were done, they sent me the after photos with the invoice. The roof looks brand new after the cleaning. I am so glad I found them on Yelp. They are easy to work with and professional in all areas. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.
