After dinner we made a few stops and he was exactly where he said he would be when we texted him we were ready to go. He was better than just professional. All of the guests talked about how friendly he was. Old school, classy, at your service limo driver. One of the key things I appreciate in customer service is when the experience is not about the people giving the service. We were all in our own little worlds at the wedding, and Gene didn't take any of that away from us. It is only after looking back that we realize how he worked (behind the scenes) to make our night special. LAnd at the end of the night, my wife and I got stuck with a surprise errand. We had to take home all the food from anderhaven. Gene helped us load up the car, and he helped us take it into our hotel. The Lincoln MKT was fantastic, btw. Classy car, smooth, always kept clean. Probably because I drive unreliable cars and have several very good friends who live in the rich, secluded, far-off East Burbs of the C L E, such as Willowick, Mentor and Painesville. I know these towns well, and still visit often. I never had any complaints about these buses except that they should be cheaper and the network is not very good at covering the region. They're not too regular either. But they work well and the employees are pretty friendly. So I like them. Maybe they should be renamed Liketran. And oh how I do.

The Laketran team collaborated and arranged to have my phone on the bus waiting for me with the driver for the evening bus pickup! Just as promised, it was with the driver who picked me up. Seamless. Everything that was in my phone's attached wallet was still there just as I had left it. I am so grateful to have it back in the exact condition in which I had left it.
