I've been to Deluxe Nails twice. The first time I went was great. My pedicure was fantastic. I was treated great and would recommend the lady's here at anytime. The pedicures are top-notch, and if you decide to splurge on the BOMB pedicure--it's absolutely worth it! I also had a brow and mustache wax done by Julie, and she even included a little massage at the end--such a thoughtful touch. They really take care of their regulars and treat everyone with kindness. Sue does an amazing job with nails too. What sets them apart is how much they clearly enjoy what they do. They take their time, pay close attention to details, and are always checking in to make sure you're happy with the service. If I could give no stars I would!! RUN from this place, worst pedicure, was painful and not high quality, towels made my skin itchy as if they were dirty also looked dirty as well. Got my eyebrows done as well came out completely uneven, I've had people mess up on my eyebrows before but never this bad, they're so bad please DO NOT go here for salon services you'll walk out looking worse than when you walked in!!! when I walked in, they took care of me right away. I asked for a nude color on my toes, the man suggested something different than what I initially wanted. it wasn't the worst outcome, so ok. i do feel like he could've done better on the actual pedicure, but whatever. The older lady that did my manicure though- NEVER AGAIN! she looked like she didn't want to be there. she was rough with cleaning up my cuticles, luckily she didn't cut me. then when it came to the color; it was lighter than I wanted it to be so I asked for a few more coats & she made me the ugliest face. she barely did one coat...it looked like she was leaving all the polish in the jar every time she pulled it out. after one coat she wanted to be done but I asked for one more & she got even more upset. I just said "forget it". it was the worst experience ever- i will not be going back!! read more

I called and made an appointment with David. He takes a long time but he does a perfect job.. showed up and he had a bad attitude. He argued with his mother. He began my classic $35 pedicure. His mother started putting a red dip on my fingers.. she grinded my natural nails and cuticles until I was bleeding. She completed half of the job and then left me to go do an eyelash application for over 30 minutes while I sat there with my hands half complete.. meanwhile David got through 75% of my pedicure and then took another customer who walked in... so I sat there neither job completed.. his mother came back and finished my toes.. then moved me to her table by the door. Where she kept stopping over and over to do various tasks. Meanwhile she continued to grind my nails over and over. I let her know I was in pain. She reminded me she had done this for 20 years..24 hours later after tipping both of them since 2 people completed the job I only requested David to do in advance.. my nails are semi see through and I have scabs on every finger.. very upset. read more

Nail tech did not wear a mask until the end. Pedicure was quick and she did not scrub my feet. If you're looking for a quick sloppy job, this is the place to come. My previous nail color was not completely removed and my toes look clumpy. read more

Took girlfriend for shellac only on her well manicured hands and feet. They instead, upswell without you knowing. Filed her nails, ruined the great natural length. Rubbed a gob of lotion on her arm. Then completely would not listen forcing a pedicure. So rather than what she asked for. She received a forced attempted manicure/pedicure. Ruined her nails then finally gave her the shellac she requested. Horrible business she left super pissed now my night sucks!!!! Avoid this place at all cost. $85, then audacity to ask for tip. read more

Quality of work on my nails was good, but service was to be desired. My technician was either on her phone, checking texts or texting throughout my work. A majority of my time was listening to the girls complain about customers and their actions (attitudes, expectations, late arrivals and amount of work requested close to closing) etc. Many of the things said were about regulars so it makes me wonder what they would say about me if I was a repeat customer. read more
