No one said hello when we walked in. One hair stylist was brushing & blow drying her own hair. After a minute or so blow drying stylist turns off her blow dryer to ask what we want. She doesn't have time for us & calls another stylist over to tell her we needed help. This woman too did not walk over to greet us. We stand there a little longer & decide we may be better off not putting the 9 yr old through a cut and style that obviously no one wants to do. We tell them we'll just go some place else and walk out. Extremely rude treatment of potential clients. Reverse discrimination in a mostly Hispanic town? Who knows?

I asked for highlights and low lights in my blonde hair and came out with brown hair with a few highlights. My second experience was with the owner, first time with her was okay but when I tried to follow up for my next appt. I went in for my scheduled appt and there was a sign on the door written in marker saying the salon was closed for the day. No call to let me know and reschedule. I would never run a business like that, I'm surprised they still have a business running. I'll never go back!
