I had a great experience getting my nails done in Uvalde, Texas! The studio was very clean and professional, which made the whole visit comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. My nails turned out amazing--great attention to detail and quality service. if i could give zero stars i would. They made an appointment for 2pm, I showed up 10 min early and still sat for over an hour without being told absolutely anything. Horrible customer service and when I asked how long it would be they immediately had a horrible attitude saying they'll be done when they are with the other clients. Usually theyre okay but absolutely horrible now. I got blamed they are short staffed but they accepted my appointment. read more

I had a tooth that was really bothering me. Of course, it happened on a weekend. So first thing…read moreMonday morning, I called Dr. Koehl's office to make an appointment. I'd never been to him before, but he came highly recommended. I figured the receptionist would probably tell me to come in later in the week, or even the following week. But to my surprise, she told me to be there before 12 noon that day. What a relief! When I got there, I probably didn't spend more than 10 minutes in the waiting room before being called back. The assistant took some X-ray's and within a matter of minutes, Dr. Koehl had diagnosed the problem. 20 minutes later, I'm standing at the receptionist's desk paying out and scheduling my next visit (apparently, you should see the dentist on a semi-regular basis :-)). Long story short, I would highly recommend Dr. Koehl. He and his staff are very professional and darn good at what they do.
