I purchased a Groupon for this establishment, as I had never had microblading done before and I had…read morebeen wanting to get it done for sometime. I went in expecting to leave happy and beautiful after the microblading. Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment was an utter nightmare. Cheap is literally cheap, now I know after the going through this travesty. The technician/owner used me as a guinea pig for a new "surgical marker" she claimed to have received in a training.Very long story short, the woman/technician/owner was lost and clueless after the "surgical marker" stained my skin with blue dots along the areas where the microblading was performed. The woman/technician/owner's solution was to leave me alone in her establishment(roughly 10 minutes), so that she could run to the store to purchase something to remove the "surgical marker" The woman/technician/owner returned to the establishment with Acetone nailpolish remover, peroxide water, baby oil and rubbing alcohol. She then proceeded to rub the tender microblading area vigorously with all above products, after 5 hours the "surgical marker" did come off, however my entire brow bone and eye area were already beginning to swell when I left the establishment, and it only got worse overnight into Sunday. I was up all night terrified. I ended up in Urgent Care with my entire left eye almost completely swollen shut and in pain, I was prescribed antibiotics and a steroid to bring the swelling down from the trauma received to such a delicate area of the face. Ultimately, I ended up having to take 3 days off work to heal at home as the swelling was so severe, and the chemical stains from Acetone burn to my eyebrows was also very ugly. I was not met with much compassion after this tramatizing experience from Shebrowzing,clearly this establishment cares very little about the health and wellbeing of its clients, but I will take this as very harsh learning experience : Cheap is Cheap and you get what you pay for.
