The overall layout of this salon is nice, there are not too many chairs set out for waiting for service. One of the main issues here is due to lack of the waiting area for services, people get lost in the mix of who is next and forgotten. Customer Service: The customer service here was good, it was just unfortunately when one of the techs could not do a design they would ask another tech to do it and I was left at a nail station for 15mins halfway into my nails being done and not being attended too. Quality/Quantity: After leaving almost three hours later the quality of my nails was fairly good. I do not have any doubts that the job could be done by any tech here, if so they will have someone that is capable to do so. Side Notes: I was a tad disappointed with this location due to being left with my nails halfway done for 15mins more or less.

She basically went to work without cleaning up my nail beds. Also, her shaping was absolutely horrible. She was just rushing to get to the next customer. The photo is 24 hours after getting them done. It looks horrible. A basic manicure should and always has been the standard. I paid full price and didn't have time to complain about the crap service. Here is an update of that review: I had to go to the ER due to the infection I had that received due to the mistakes and improper service I received here. I'm a auto-immune person, so my immune system is compromised. The smallest infection can have tremendous impact on my health, bc my body does not have means to fight off infection. The day after the initial manicure, both of my ring fingers were completely swollen and something as simple as wrapping my hand around a doorknob to open a door was impossible without pain. Finally after a whole day crying (think of your worst hangnail, then times that by 10 - and that's not an exaggeration, seeing that your hands have the most nerve endings in your body), I decided to go to a DIFFERENT salon to take everything off. While at the new salon fixing my problem, I learned that popping my acrylics off is in NO WAY how the process is done. The nail techs told me that they wanted to say this was a new thing for them, but it sadly wasn't. Many of their clients come from this business bc they need to have their nails fixed. As we were taking the new acrylic off, I sat in my chair, covered in tears while another tech was rubbing my back to try to soothe the whole thing. In my last review, I stated that while drilling my nails, the sides of my nail beds were knicked multiple times. What I did not know was that, not only were my sides knicked, she had drilled COMPLETELY THROUGH MY NAIL! I could see the holes and the actual skin under your nails! This was the case for both of my ring fingers. I knew that I needed to get Neosporin immediately, and wrap them. That did not help AT ALL, in fact things were getting worse. Finally, after an excruciating few days, I developed a 103° fever. As stated above, I am not able to fight infection. The fever, along with the pain and fatigue, were sure signs that I needed to be treated immediately; and I went to the ER. When the ER doctor took off the bandages I was wearing, my nails were COVERED in pus. I almost threw up. There was definitely an infection. I was placed on antibiotics for a week, and if that does not work a "more aggressive treatment" would be the next step to remedy all of this. That treatment would be the COMPLETE REMOVAL of my infected nails. ALL of this happened due to improper practice at this salon. I will be contacting the Texas Board of Cometology to have the whole salon visited, evaluated and hopefully fined or shut down. I will also be contacting the BBB for the way things were run. Finally, if I DO need to have my nails removed, I will take legal action. There is NO WAY this could have happened, aside from human error. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO THERE! I'm posting photos of this, *warning* these are gross photos taken at the ER.

I had a woman with short hair work on me and my sister had a woman with long hair. We both got manicures and pedicures. We were there for multiple hours. My sister's nails turned out slightly good but mine were all bad. The French tips are chunky, my nail overall is chunky, uneven application, and poor design choices. Additionally, my cuticles are sore. Plus, the lady kept dragging me all around the room and was quite rude and rough. Not relaxing or soothing at all. They also had this music on loop, so if you can't deal with repetitive sounds don't come here. I'm not even sure if my technician was properly qualified. She did awful nail art and couldn't make straight lines or a circle. If you're looking for a place to get plain old acrylics, that might be the only thing this place is qualified for.

Juan assisted in setting up my nails and was very friendly and communicative. Jenny then took over and finished the new set. My new set was acrylic with gel polish, almond shape and matte finish. The pricing was reasonable. My friends set was beautiful however there was some nail polish left on the skin of some of her fingers. We both got gel and they soak your hands in this bag of purple liquid that hardens and looks waxy. The liquid is nice and warm and leaves your hands really soft. However, I wish they would have asked if we wanted to take our rings off beforehand as they have some wax stuck in them. In the end, we were still very satisfied and the customer service and overall service was great. Jenny was very patient and did not rush on doing my nails. It was one of the few times were someone didn't make me bleed or burn me with the filling machine. I would recommend you give them a try!
