If you're thinking about it, then it's time. Thank you Natalie!!!!!!! So many moves, never enough time, and 15 years in storage meant there was barely enough room in a 3car garage for the car. Natalie and her team blew me away - in a good way - they emptied boxes, organized shelves, rented a truck and delivered donations to Savers and now my garage looks great! It's like magic! In those two days, they also organized my pantry & disposed of out of date products, organized under all 4 sinks - kitchen & 3 baths, & organized my kitchen cabinets, removing items I don't use anymore.

She has an amazing eye for making the most of every inch of space while keeping everything beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully designed. Daniel handled the recent installation and did an amazing job as well. He managed to demo, patch, and install both the pantry and reach-in closet all in ONE day! After working with Custom Closet Systems on multiple projects over the years, we continue to be impressed by the quality and value of their work. A Life-Saver Organizer Highly Recommend!…read more I recently hired Amber to help unpack my new home, and she truly took the burden off my shoulders! From the moment she arrived, she made everything so much easier and less stressful. She started by organizing my bathroom, labeling everything neatly, and making sure every item had its perfect spot. It was so refreshing to see everything in place and easily accessible. Then, she tackled my closet and did an amazing job! She organized everything with incredible attention to detail, creating a system that makes getting dressed a breeze. Thanks to Amber the whole unpacking process became far more manageable, and my new home is now completely organized and functional. Her professionalism, efficiency, and eye for detail were beyond impressive. I highly recommend her services she truly transformed my space! Amber is very personable. She has sent me text messages sending me helpfully organizing tips and suggestions. She even bought a few items and brought them to get the process started faster. (In which I reimbursed her). Overall her prices are very reasonable and I already have referred a few friends over to her. I will be booking her again! Thanks Amber!

We had the pleasure of working with Nas who came for an extensive complimentary consultation. She spent about 2 hours with us going over all the options and working out a design on her computer. The price she quoted was very reasonable, and she offered an extra 10% off if we paid using a credit card rather than financing. Several weeks later Alex and Greyson arrived for the installation which took two full days. They couldn't have been friendlier and were very respectful of the home by wearing booties and laying down tarps to protect the floors and carpets. There was one small error - the handles we wanted were installed in the wrong color. One quick call to Nas, and she arranged for the installers to return the following week with the correct color. They insisted on not accepting our final payment until the issue was rectified. The overall quality of the items seems better than I expected, and the doors all have soft close hinges as a standard feature which often costs extra elsewhere. Overall I was very pleased with Closet Factory!!

There were a few hiccups with install: product delays which turned into an extra day of install, some areas weren't quite cleaned-up, and we noticed our dryer now has a pretty good dent in it from the install (once we let them know & luckily had in-progress photos to show when the dent occurred, they took care of it--dryer now good as new!).
