They don't ever question anything i say i want from a weird design to glitter on top of my polish so it will last longer. Last visit my nail tech was Kelly and she did a great job. Me and my mom went here yesterday (03/13th) at around noon, I've only been here maybe 3-4 times and didn't have any complaints or problems before, the guy who did my pedicure was super nice and helpful on my feet but the lady who did my nails (Kim) was a whole different story, I told the guy at the front I wanted dark brown French tips and when she started doing my French tips she did white and i politely told her i asked for brown and she cut me off and said "well you need to tell him at the front" and I didn't know what to say so I just told her "I did I'm sorry about the confusion " and she just stormed off and grabbed the other colors, as she was doing my nails she kept burning me with the drill and when i informed her about her hurting me she told me "well I need you to hold still" no apology. Afterwards, when she was doing my French tips, she kept holding my wrist a certain way and it was hurting so whenever she stopped and let go I'd fix my arms to where I was comfortable but she could still do her work and she would grab my wrist and said "I need you to hold still your messing them up" I wanted to add a design on my nails too but I was fed up and irritated at this point so I just paid and left, she also did my French tips very rushed (there was no one there she had no reason to rush) so they don't look even, and most of them are smudged. So maybe I'll go back if it's someone else but definitely not her! read more

Just moved to the area and my husband and I needed a pedi and I needed a fill and wanted to try them out based off other reviews. I have acrylic overlay! Atmosphere was nice, salon was pretty, but I did not like having to pay what I did and having to go home to clean up my nails. I did ask the lady doing my nails to get the dried acrylic powder off the sides of my nails(on my fingers) and she responded with- 'oh that's dry skin'. No ma'am it's not! I needed to kill some time (but not a ton of time) while my daughter finished up her SAT Test on a Saturday morning. Needed my eyebrows waxed but I'm not very familiar with the area anymore, so I googled and found Delux Nail. They were scheduled to open just a few minutes later so I headed that way. Walked in and was immediately greeted and was asked to sign in. There was already 6-7 clients being worked on just 5 minutes after opening. Figured since there was no wait I'd go ahead and get a full set put on as well as the eyebrow wax. They took me over right away to Kim. She was great. Quick, efficient, and she did exactly what I asked for. Nails turned out perfect. She also was the one to wax my eyebrows. She also did an excellent job on those! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, full set and wax. It was only $49 for both services which is an incredibly good price compared to some places I've been! I will definitely be back. In all fairness have been going to this Salon for 8 years. My latest new set of solar nails I contracted a fungal infection which has affected all but my thumbs. If I could give Deluxe 0 stars, I would. This used to be the nicest nail salon in Burleson. Over the past 6 months, service, workmanship, and the salon's product supply have hit rock bottom. My last 2 pedicures lasted 1/2 the listed time, and my painted nails started peeling within 48 hours. I've had 2 nail fills here, and both were so bad I had to get a full set put on elsewhere to fix Delux's mistakes. Service has become rude. The salon has become less clean and is no longer ventilated. Overpriced and disappointing. Do not waste your time or money here. read more
