I've never seen an uglier arrangement. These people clearly don't take pride in their work. 2 flowers were broken, 1 flower is browning, and the arrangement is very asymmetrical. Entire sections are without flowers. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture. I'm shocked at the negligence. Take some pride in your work! And to top things off, they said it was delivered on Valentine's Day. I asked my doorman and management and it wasn't. Wasted my time only to realize they lied. They delivered it the next day. I received a fresh cut flower bouquet in a vase as a gift. I know it was not an inexpensive gift. The tea roses, mums and other flowers were turning brown upon delivery. Trued calling the florist from the delivery tag and only a recording answers. Left a message on two separate occasions with absolutely no reply. The third day after delivery none of the roses opened and other flowers turned completely brown and died. Horrible product and service. Terrible florist for the amount they charge. read more

This is the worst flower shop ever! They sent the wrong arrangement and would not replace it. The guy that answered when I called said "I don't know nothing let me take the phone to Darren he's down the street". Darren says "What you bring me the phone for". It's time for you to close your doors. Nine years ago I ordered a three-piece spray for my mother's funeral. What a disappointment, I requested a specific arrangement and not to add a certain color, it was a color mother did not like. Not only was it a hideous arrangement they put in the color I asked them not to. Most of the flowers were dead, Thank God it was the day before the service, and they replaced them at the last minute but it was not what I requested. Recently a friend sent me flowers. Why are most of the flowers dead? The sunflower are dead.. This place has no idea of what a beautiful arrangement should look like. SMDH! read more

Ive been getting my flowers from LaSalle florist in Downtown Chicago..... well with last minute options... i had ordered my flowers from this place(Delux Flowers)...And spent more money for the crappiest flowers ive ever gotten in my life for anyone... i got these flowers Friday for my Wife and they are already dead... wow... please people dont waste your money here... i give them zero stars and two ..... next time i will use LaSalle florist ...atleast i know they will deliver my flowers on time ...not a day late like this flower shop and my flowers last atleast a good two weeks... not two days .... they only reason they got 1 star is because you have to give them something to post a review read more

My bestfriend was looking for a florist for a very special event and decided to support this location. Upon arrival after paying for the roses in advance they weren't ready and she had to return later. When we arrived AGAIN we received the order and IMMEDIATELY was disappointed. The arrangement was HORRIBLE and Not fresh or appealing. Not to mention being overcharged for a third of what the arrangement should have been. We went to Jewels and got double the amount of roses for half the price. Would not recommend. read more

Two family members, placed two separate orders with this florists for my mother's funeral services. Both orders were delivered with the wrong flowers and plants. My aunt ordered two floral arrangements that sat on each side of the casket and a casket spray. They were a completely different set of flowers than what we ordered. We ordered arrangements with Stargazer Day Lilies, Orchids, Roses and another type of flower, all in shades of pink and lavender. We received carnations, roses, gladiolas and mums; right colors, wrong flowers. They were suppose to also deliver a corsage. They had to go back to their shop, which is 5 blocks away and make one. They came back 30 minutes later. Another relative ordered a medium-sized plant in a white vase. What was delivered was a small plant in a wicker basket. To make matters worst, they were delivered the arrangements at the time the viewing of the body was being held. I am very unhappy with their services. I would never recommend them to anyone, especially since this is the second incident in a year and two months. read more

The roses that were delivered were great, but the delivery service was horrible!. The delivery man called me at work telling me that I was receiving roses that day ... way to ruin the surprise and then stated that since I work downtown he did not want to park or pay for parking and wanted me to get my roses from downstairs!!! After I told him I expected the roses to be delivered to the suite, he then said he would rather wait till I walk out of my building to give me the vase and roses- I thought he was bluffing. When I walked out of the building with a co worker, the delivery man handed my co worker the vase and roses, didn't ask who she was, what her name was- NOTHING. Had her sign (her name) and left. When I called to complain about the shabby delivery service all I got was a mere "sorry" , I'm very disappointed. Bad service. Don' bother unless you want to walk to the train or bus with a heavy vase filled with water and roses. read more

Flowers delivered this past winter froze in their delivery vehicle. The owner was fabulous with customer service to resolve this issue. Replacements were delivered promptly at our most convenient time. Great job! read more
