I received a phone call to let me know that there was a chance that they would be unable to deliver. They let me know that most likely it would be a day late. I was fine with that-especially seeing pictures from the storm from a friend who lives in Highland. I was so surprised when I received a phone call from my aunt thanking me for the beautiful flowers. She said there were so many flowers in the bouquet that she didn't know how they all fit! Thank you so much Willow Blooms. I so appreciate you! I will continue to order from you in the future for family members that live in your area. Your customer service is fantastic!

We have gone elsewhere for years for any floral needs but when our mother recently passed away, we were referred to Willow Blooms with a great recommendation for their timeliness and arrangements. We trusted the recommendation...and could not have been more pleased with them. In a difficult time, Jeff took his time with us, showed us ideas, provided wonderful suggestions, and confirmed spellings and messages multiple times when we placed the order. By the time we arrived at church for the funeral, the flowers we ordered were already there, placed beautifully and full, full, full of flowers. Thank you to Jeff and his team...we would HIGHLY recommend them for any floral needs.

We needed to reach out and let her k ow even though we were in Miami, we were with her. We decided a bouquet would be something we wanted to send just to let her know she is loved. We googled away and called places to see who was open and could deliver A.S.A.P Not only were they one of the only ones open but delivery could be done within the next 48 hours at the most and this is also during Mother's day weekend. I told them exactly what we were looking for and she led me through their website. We chose a beautiful arrangement of all white and light pink flowers. She went over what needed to be written on the card and also went over correct spelling of each of our names (there was 6 of us) I was never rushed off the phone even though I could hear phone lines going off in the background. They truly got it right. In less than 24 hours our friend received her bouquet. It was exactly what she needed to help her smile a little during this time. They came through and went above and beyond! Truly appreciate their time and patience.
