I have had two experiences with Delta Tire World in Picayune, MS. They only take walk-ins, but if you get there early they complete services quickly and thoroughly. I give 0 stars! Do NOT go here! I went to have a leak fixed in my tire. They pulled my car around to work on it then called me back about 10 minutes later saying they could not work on it because it's damaged. They proceeded to tell me I brought the vehicle in like that. my vehicle has never had to have a jack used on it. It is less than 2 years old and I have only taken it to Honda. It is obvious that the employee had started to jack my vehicle up and bent underneath causing damage. But every employee was against me saying I brought it to them damaged. Im shocked and disgusted. And took off work early to make it, when o arrived I was informed they might not get to me, and it was first come first serve.. Called to inquire about a 4 wheel tire balance and was told yes, come on by. Asked if we could wait, again yes. Arrived within 15 minutes and guy at counter said it'll be 2 hours. Told him we just called and someone named Eldridge said he could do it. Said we don't have anyone by that name. Well obviously someone is fooling around and you will never have another chance to service us and get our business. Also, it was 3pm and they close at 5pm so instead of saying it'll be 2 hours, you should have said we can't do it today considering you close in 2 hours. read more
