He suggested I go with an adaptor and upgrade to a 5lb bottle which should last me almost a year. Doing my research to see if I want to spend $130 upgrade to my $70ish bubble water maker or not. Asked around and seems like most people agree that the upgrade is the way to go. So Kenny gave me good advice on how to upgrade. He even guided me on where to look for these SodaStream adapters. 5 Stars for Kenny and 5 stars for the shop.

I do not have an Amerigas account. I tried to establish one, but they claimed my address already…read morehad an account. The previous owner of my home had an account, which she closed in April, 2019. Amerigas came to the home on the day we closed, and filled the LPG tanks, inspected the tanks, and were notified we'd purchased the home and needed a new account. In September, Amerigas came onto my property and capped off/locked two tanks, one of which they own (had been leased to previous owner), and capped a tank owned by the home. LET ME REITERATE. AMERIGAS BROKE INTO A LOCKED GATE, ON WHICH THERE IS A "NO-TRESPASSING SIGN", AND LOCKED OFF LPG TANKS THEY DO NOT OWN OR LEASE. In any realistic world, this would be breaking and entering, with theft as an add-on. They did not notify us that they were coming, and did not notify us that they'd been. They *broke* through a locked gate, marked "NO TRESPASSING" in order to do so. Then, they wanted a $150.00 inspection fee, wanted to charge us for the gas in the tank that the previous owner paid for, and want another $250 to uncap the tank that is privately owned (same tank they capped without permission). When we threatened them with legal action and going to the BBB, they said "We don't want to do business with you, so 'eff off. " Now we are stuck with locked tanks, can't feed our stove, fireplace, nor spa and it's 30 degrees outside. These are horrible people. I feel the local manager, Mr. Najarian, is a racist, foul-mouthed pig, on top of being a liar having made multiple claims about the previous owner of our home not having paid her bills (she sent us a copy of the closed account/paid balances), that the tanks were unsafe (Amerigas inspected the tanks when we took ownership), and that the previous owner had not transferred the fuel to us (the previous owner had written a letter Xferring the fuel). He also promised to amend the problem the same day, and it's 2 months past his promise, ergo, a lie. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

We wanted some help to get our car down from the attached tow (hence why we kept the uhaul an extra day, and didn't try to do it ourselves at home), and this guy looked at us like we were complete idiots and said, "you need to go over there. It's going to cost extra", and pointed off into the lot without going into specifics. Thankfully, we decided to go inside and Ryan changed our entire experience around. Not only did he apologize for any confusion (not his fault), but helped us quickly and kindly (and did NOT charge us extra money for the help). If it weren't for him, this would have been an incredibly disappointing experience.

But the experience here completely turned things around. The general manager, Paul, was incredibly helpful, and the whole team was kind, patient, and really willing to work with our situation. You can tell they actually care about their customers. This is definitely one of the better U-Haul locations clean, well-organized, and staffed by genuinely nice people who provide great customer service. We needed to refill our propane tanks and have only ever used one other refill location…read more The actual onsite tank was being refilled when we arrived so I went inside to inquire on getting service. The inside area was very neat and lots of supplies as well as storage unit samples for viewing. There was only one attendant inside assisting; however, there were quite of few attendants outside managing trucks. I will say this is the first time I have ever seen a return truck cleaned up inside and out! Back to the propane, my husband was able to get service started while I was in line. The refill process was quick and easy. Payment was handled on a handheld device which was great to not have to go back inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use. They are also wooden 24 hours!

The car behind us the guy got out and was like "do you know what's wrong? Why isn't it going?" Finally an attendant came and said "your car wash timed out, you need to have an attendant guide you in, I'll have to go reset inside." Well... I've never been here before, who'd have known I need an attendant, there was no one there when we pulled up. Ugh! Whatever, finally we get to go through the wash, some brushes weren't working, the fans at the end didn't do much and we drove off in a dripping wet car.
