We set up an appointment for early Monday morning and Niko was there promptly and even made arrangement to arrive earlier than we first agreed upon. Niko arrived on time, reviewed the current installation, provide a more than fair price for the job and once agreed upon, had the model water heater I requested with a service crew onsite within 30 minutes. The job was completed within a few hours and the water heater was fired up without issue. Their crew was professional and respectful and after only a few hours, we had a new water heater installed. They even corrected some faulty plumbing mistakes made by the last "plumber" that installed the prior water heater. Niko returned a bit later in the day to inspect the work done by his crew and to sign-off on the job. These guys are my new go-to plumbers for my house in Queens, NY. I also detached U-pipe and cleaned it but didn't work. So I needed professional service. How it worked: About 90 minutes after leaving the message, I received a phone call from Mario, the plumber. In another 45 minutes, he is at our doorstep with a drain snake. After the first cleaning, the situation remains.
