But as the haircut went on, my son's bangs just kept getting shorter and shorter. I explained that I only wanted the bangs trimmed, and just a little short on the sides and back... and this is the result in the picture. They totally messed up my son's hair. Not professional at all -- they didn't even apologize. The haircut was so expensive, $40, and it turned out terrible. It was my first time going there, we just wanted to try it out. I'm SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Out of all the barbers we've been to, they're the worst. They completely ruined my son's hair. If I could give 0 stars, I would -- even negative 0 if that were possible!!!!!!

I was a regular customer for about 10 years while Mel was still cutting hair, and he was best barber there. After he retired, Brian was my barber of choice. He took ownership of the barber shop and everything was great. However, the owner's personality drastically changed (stress, perhaps?) and the customer service went downhill after that. At that point, I started taking my hard-earned dollars elsewhere for better haircuts. read more

In 20 years of trying to find a barber that can do both, I was unsuccessful. All that changed when I scheduled an appointment with Ronnie. I showed up and was shocked to see him ready for me at my appointment time. I walked out with one of the freshest cuts I have ever had. (Verified through my deep dive at home inspection and fiancé approval) There's no way that just happened, it had to have been a fluke. So I scheduled another appointment two weeks later and there he was ready and waiting. On time and a quality haircut again. It has been that way for the past year. The great energy and conversations are a cherry on top and the organized drawer full of candy for the little ones shows that he does everything he can to ensure his clients and their kids find comfort in his chair. I don't see myself going anywhere else moving forward. The man has earned these 5 stars and I made sure to wait a year to write a review to see if there was any change in consistency, but nope. Consistent and on time. Over and over and over again. Only thing left to say is see you in two weeks Ronnie!
