I just moved to Oakley and wanted to have a haircut. After searching through Yelp, I called Ceanos and Denny picked up the phone. I requested a schedule and he gave me a schedule on the same day. I arrived at the specific time and Denny was just waiting for me. Their place is clean and there's parking in front of their shop. I told Denny what I wanted for my hair and he obliged and told me he would make it happen. Denny is very conversational and I think I can get along with him. The haircut took almost 15 minutes and I was happy with the result. Denny cut it the way I wanted it and I was satisfied. The rate is reasonable. I have nothing but great things to say about Oscar. My son is 7 and autistic, and has never had a hair cut before. I wasnt sure how he would respond to a barbershop, loud sounds, bright lights, etc. I was given Oscars name through a local neurodivergent foundation (We Get It!) because another family had taken their child to him and had a great experience. I called, asked if he could cut his hair and explain the process to him, be patient, etc and he said yes, he understood. We arrived a few minutes early and my son watched him and the other barbers cut other men's hair before it was his turn. Clean shop, super chill vibe, Giants game was on the big tv so we watched while we sat on the bench and waiting for our turn. When it was his turn, he hopped right up in the chair, listened, and sat mostly still the entire time Oscar was patient with the clippers, which "tickled" him and talked to him during the entire cut, which took about 30-40 min. I sent a few "ideas" ahead of time but had no clue what we really wanted, and Oscar gave his feedback and gave him a cut that looks amazing, and totally fits his face/age/style. My son LOVES his new hair and is ready for swim lessons next week. Im so thankful we found someone who made his first hair cut so easy, fun and "so cool" as he said. Izaiah did an incredible job, not just fixing my son's hair, but giving him the best cut he's ever had. The last barber left it super uneven, and it grew out all weird like a chia pet. I couldn't style it or make it look decent no matter what I tried. My son's only 5 and still getting used to haircuts, but Izaiah was super patient and really detailed with his work. Now my son actually looks like himself again and I can finally see his face! So grateful for the care and skill Izaiah put into his haircut. Definitely worth every penny. read more

Been going to Ceanos Barbershop for 2 months now. My son and I have been getting our haircuts from Oscar tha barber. I gotta said he knows how to cut our hair. His barber skills are on point. He has us both looking clean and fresh! The shop is very nice. It's spacious, CLEAN, bright has its own ATM machine inside! Plenty of safe parking out front in its own parking lot. The shop has many flat screen televisions usually playing a movie or jamming some tunes. The shop also has a pool table. Oscar books each appointment 1 hour at a time allowing plenty of time for the haircut but also time to disinfect his equipment and work area! The barber chairs are spaced far apart to accommodate social distancing. I highly recommend CEANOS BARBERSHOP. read more
