Which resulted in a missed flight cause TSA made up a lie. However, Stephanie with Allegiant (who was working the boarding gate) Called me, text me wondering about the kids, and where they were. I had no idea what happened cause my husband took them. She was on the other hand amazing. She went looking and calling for them. Well we find out what happened, she when to the TSA supervisors, they pulled the cameras and they were not happy with the man's actions at all, honestly I wouldn't be cause he cost them almost 300 bucks (since they rebooked us free). Even though it was horrible that happened Stephanie did went a mile and half for us, and got him to get the training he needs, and even rebooked them for tomorrow. She is absolutely awesome, great customer service and great care. My kids have flown back and forth Allegiant since moving here a year ago, this is there 6th flight maybe, never had this issue before, and never have issues with the airlines they are always great simple sweet, yes they are cheaper but they don't need fancy for a 2 hour flight it's just getting to the place they need to be! When I got it back, my luggage tag was missing. It had been securely buckled to the suitcase. It was leather and looked like a slice of pizza. Apparently one of the baggage handlers liked it and decided to keep it. Also my neatly folded clothes were messed up looking like someone went through my bag. Not sure I want to fly on an airline that puts up with casual stealing. No response after numerous messages to the airline of course. Very disappointing.

These errors are significant because TSA requires your ticket to match your ID. We had many other problems with their services. Replying to the feedback from my review I posted Wednesday. Dean emailed me back within a day on…read morethe first email. I emailed him and got nothing for 48 hours. since it was a Friday I called the agency. I asked why I hadn't received any response and that is when he was quite condescending while we were talking about my trip. (this was after he told me I hadn't given him enough details so that's why I hadn't heard from him) I told him in my email that I had never done this before and I would need a lot of guidance. Then he did give me some choices and we emailed a few times. my last email I sent I did give him dates that would work and what else I was wanting and told him I would be sending our information in the mail. I sent our information out and a note with it asking what else did he need? what were our next steps. I never got a response. 2 weeks after my last email I posted my initial review. I hadn't heard from him in 2 weeks. He called me within 5 minutes of me posting. Asked me if I was still interested in the trip. I said no because I switched agencies. He then asked ME when he received our information I sent. I saId you should have gotten it at least a week ago. He then said it must have been overlooked. And by the way, I sent the information for both of us traveling. The statement that I didn't is untrue. the fact that you are trying to put a bad experience with your travel agency on me, the customer, is ridiculous. I have been honest about my experience, or lack of really, and instead of trying to turn it around on me, you should look at how to not let it happen again to someone else.
