He clearly knows his craft inside and out, and he took the time to walk me through all my options - including the pros and cons of prefab vs. slabs. I ended up going with slabs based on his insight, and I'm really glad I did. He was also flexible and easy to work with. I needed help with material pickup, and he was willing to handle that (for a reasonable fee), which took a huge weight off my shoulders. My flooring isn't perfectly even, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was reinforced, level, and solid so the finished product would hold up over time.
