You could say that, any of the beers in the cooler can be consumed on-site; there's picnic tables both inside and outside and there's bar type games: pinball, foosball, darts that you can play while you hang out and drink. They don't have a kitchen but there's always a food truck right outside or you can bring your own in. I've never been for bingo or comedy nights or anything like that. I come for the brews, chill out and eat good food; it's kind of like being in someone's rec room but with way more beer. My only real knock is the corkage fee, if you're going to drink on-site they do charge $2 bucks per, which doesn't seem like much but it adds up.

Not the fault of the employees. Mostly its that there wasn't more help. The lane is picked had to go unlock stuff for the people in checking out. Not sure why the customers waited until then for help or why someone else couldn't get the stuff while the cashier rang up the other items but it caused a long wait. The cashier was not rude but clearly didn't want to be there. My wife in another line had some issues with getting a small/airplane size bottle rung up. We went in and I tried to purchase liquor and the big EMO lady asked my daughter for her ID. I explained to her it's my daughter and she was driving me and said she can't sell me alcohol because she doesn't have a Id. In my opinion it dilutes the strong Costco brand. The liquor store itself is small and selection limited. What's really important here is that all the associations of being "Costco" do not apply here. Eg. Special items, white label bottles and an almost guarantee of a good deal. If you're a price shopper, just compare with Total Wine or Specs down the road and you'll find everything to be more expensive -- even when they're highlighting a deal. At least that was my experience. The staff were nice and offered to hold my purchase until after I was done shopping since you can't bring it into the Costco proper. The only reason to shop here in my opinion is convenience.

They have BF's Patron at a reasonable price. My pick is the sake and vodka which there are many brands to choose from. For cooking purpose, they have brandy, rum, wines, and sherry. I believe they still give a discount if you buy 6 or more bottles of wine. This is helpful when I stock up on wines. The nice man behind the counter sees me and goes in the back to bring empty boxes to load my goodies. If it's not busy, he even helps carry them to my car. If I said I wouldn't be back, I'd be lying big time.

After a long day at work and quick stop for dinner yesterday, I stopped at this Twin Liquors. Knowing that last week I bought the last bottle on the shelf I eagerly made my way to where the South African wines are. The employee laughed and said "well you didn't think we wouldn't restock it for you." I love this location because it is never too busy, the employees always greet each customer and are helpful. And they keep my therapy in a bottle always stocked :)

Settled on a bottle of Martini & Rossi sparkling wine. Love supporting small businesses... Oak Liquor cabinet is on Research Blvd in a small shopping center.
