It was suggest by a friend but I had never been. The experience was wonderful! The entire staff was attentive to our party and there were other large parties there. I had the salmon salad and 2 espresso martinis, both were delicious. The food was so good we all sampled each others' - apple French toast, chicken biscuit with cheese grits, fries and the grilled PB&J. I should have ordered one of those to go. The coffee bar is quite large on the inside with two sides and a nice size bar. Matt, the owner, communicated with my friends to make sure everything para perfect for the shower. We got to meet his mom who was lovely as well. Tiny's is clearly a gathering spot for the community. It's worth the trip to Gary.

Very cute place, and the waitress was very attentive and gave us recommendations, came back often to check on us and refill our drinks. Lots of drink options, including cocktails, wine, beer, cider. I got a grapefruit radler which I don't see too often. Several yummy looking things in the menu, and vegetarian and gluten free options. I went with the recommendation of vegetarian fried rice, topped with a fried egg. My friend got the chips and guac and pork belly side. We both liked the food quite a bit! A great find! Lots of people were there, and there was live music which was a bit loud, but definitely recommend this spot.

I have to admit, the place is waaaaay bigger on the inside than expected. There's a large u-shaped bar with nice lighting, some small high-top tables and chairs, a stage toward the back for the live jazz and blues bands, and even a lounge area with a fireplace and cozy chairs & end tables. Cute and trendy, a nice place for a date. The servers are prompt and friendly. But we ordered Stoli and sodas and pretty much got huge glasses of just vodka on the rocks. I'm not convinced the bartenders really know how to mix a drink, but I'll try a different cocktail next time (although it's kinda hard to mess up a Stoli and soda, right?). The flyer for Dirtty's says in big, bold letters "Adults 40 and Up" which could be just the kind of vibe your looking for, or maybe not your thing at all. Either way, they're very up front about it. My friend happens to be 30 and joked the whole night about being upset that she wasn't carded. C'est la vie. Currently they are open Thursday through Sunday and charge a reasonable $5 cover. Our drinks were $7 each, which is also reasonable considering it was a giant glass of vodka. All in all, we enjoyed our time at Dirtty's and will probably be back. Since they just recently opened, I will forgive the mediocre drink and hope for the best next time. It really is a cute place to enjoy a cocktail with friends and hear some live music by the fire.

Second time I tried to visit was on 2017 New Years Eve. My husband and I pulled in parking lot about 8:30ish and you could hear the music playing from outside but again when we got to door it was locked and we tried knocking but no one ever came to door. The Windows are made of glassblock so that wasn't helpful when trying to knock. I've tried to contact by Facebook, email and phone and have failed to get through. Really disappointed as I would love to see what this place has to offer. However, a business that has wrong contact information on their site and no recent updates on their webpage makes you wonder about the establishment.

Despite being only 30 minutes after opening, it was very busy, with nearly every table occupied. Because of this, the two servers on the floor did seem to be a bit overwhelmed at times, and thus, service was a bit delayed. We were able to be seated promptly after arriving and got our orders in quickly, but our waters didn't arrive until our food came in (~20 min since we sat at the table). Service: 4/10. The ambiance was very cool, kind of reminded me of a dive bar with all the posters on the wall and the old feeling of the building. Ambiance: 8/10. Food: Soupe a l'oignon gratinée (French onion soup): Super delicious and heavy on the umami carried by the onion flavor. The Swiss cheese melted on top of the soup looked like it was flambed, providing a crunchy crust on the soup, but also had retained its cheese pull capabilities. The sharp flavor of the Swiss perfectly complemented the savory broth. I also love how there was a piece of bread in the soup that soaked up all of the broth; it acted as a sponge of flavor. 10/10. Banana Sara Crepe: I really enjoyed this one. It was sweet but not overwhelmingly so, leaning more heavily on the caramel flavor and the subtle sweetness of the bananas. The vanilla bean ice cream was phenomenal; I don't know how to describe it other than it reminded me of when I was a kid running around in a scorching hot summer and feeling revived by the coolness, creaminess, and sweetness of a vanilla ice cream. The vanilla ice cream tasted natural and leaned more towards its creaminess to complement the subtle sweetness of the caramelized bananas. 8.5/10 Overall, I would come back here if it was a bit less busy for the food. Overall: 7.6/10.
