Okay, no biggie i know work gets busy. But then after my service, I went to go pay and the lady at the front told me it's $75 FOR MY HAIR CUT ???? For split ends ???? I confirmed the price with them at least 3 times before zelleing them. I had such a difficult day today before my appointment , I was not not in the mood to argue about this and I know if I said something it was not going to come out the right way. Now thinking about it, I wish I spoke up and said something. Because almost $100 for a damn cut for my split ends is INSANE. I'm sorry, but I will NOT be coming back here.

Since we went on a Friday afternoon, Kim was able to fit my mom in right away, briefly pausing on my style to apply her color. When the shade didn't hold after the first wash, Kim kindly reapplied it, and my mom was happy with the end result. As for stylist vibes: Thoa is quieter, while Kim is bubbly and very friendly.
