I live on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore. My home's roof had experienced some wind damage. My wife…read moreis acquainted with Adam Whitaker through her work. I scheduled an appointment with Adam to give me an estimate on repairs and a price to completely replace the roof. The information for a complete roof replacement would be for a later date, I simply wanted an idea of how much it would end up costing. Adam, who is trained and experienced in insurance worked, suggested that the damage might be something covered under my homeowners insurance. I reached out to my insurer and opened a claim. Adam communicated with and personally met with the insurance adjuster at my home to inspect and discuss the damage. My insurance did cover a complete roof replacement minus my deductible. On the day of the roof tear off and install (4/14/2020), a crew of nine was at my house at 7:10 a.m. ready to go. At 5:00 p.m. my home had a beautiful new roof. Being retired, I spent a good portion of the day outside watching the crew work. There wasn't a slacker in the bunch. Except for the 20-minutes they took for a lunch break, all nine guys were full throttle throughout the entire day. When they were done and before the crew left, I did a walk around the entire perimeter of the house with a foreman from Arocon to ensure the property was clean to my satisfaction. I couldn't even tell that just hours earlier the yard was covered in old three tab shingles and tar paper. It was like I never had work done that day. The only thing that was visible to show that a full day's work had been done was the beautiful new roof with architectural shingles which added value and curb appeal to my home. So impressive was the crew, that towards the end my wife arrived home from work and commented about the size of the crew. I acknowledged the nine man crew. She told me there were 13 men on the crew. Sure enough, during a time when I was in the house, a four man crew had finished a job 25-miles away and instead of heading home, they came to my job and chipped in to help the nine man crew finish sooner. Now that's some impressive teamwork. Before the crew had even finished packing all their materials and tools, I had three different employees from Arocon called me to inquire if I was satisfied with how everything was going with the install. Would I recommend Arocon? In a heartbeat. From my initial visit with Adam to my fist bump (Covid-19) with Levi, Arocon's foreman, when he and the crew were leaving, this was a positive and most impressive experience. And as a grizzly old retired cop, I'm not easily impressed.

With a very short deadline and the added complexity of the HPC, Branden made it all go away. Even though I was also a contractor (we are naturally competitive and love to talk smack on other contractors) I found he was very knowledgeable, logical, reasonable, and very approachable. His guys were friendly and thoughtful, the job site was left tidy and there was zero damage to any surrounding area. Bonus points for managing the project in such a way that a big storm mid-roofing didn't cause a leak. Also, the work looks great! I highly recommend him. Especially if you are in the historic area.

After one year (In October 2022), they tried to raise my rent based on water usage. The excess usage was being caused by a malfunctioning toilet tank flap, which the landlord replaced previously ion 2022. Since this fixed the excess water usage, I did not sign a new lease with an increased rent, obviously they did this ONLY to recover their money and not because of any water usage I was doing. My water usage was one toilet and one deep sink. After I lost my job and moved out in February 2024, Mr. Spears told me he he was keeping the security deposit because I refused to sign the increased rent lease back in 2022. I told him that I have been a landlord for over 20 years and this was blatantly illegal. I am filing a complaint with the state attorney general for theft. I am also reporting this crime to the local Cambridge Police. This is a dishonest company run by a dishonest person.

Absolutely professional and responsive! About 18 months ago we hired a "similarly" highly qualified…read moreroofing company from Virginia Beach, VA - they were all over the TV and we called. They were a quick response until we had to call them out for service. After the install we had three new roof leaks - all around the skylights that were to be re-flashed and guaranteed to be ok. 18 months later our ceilings around the leaks were pretty much destroyed during which we attempted on multiple occasions to get a service call out. We were abandoned after 2 attempts to repair declaring our fault since WE didn't replace the skylights. The service desk became very rude and the subcontracted work team made promises to us that were never kept. So much for their guarantee. Legal action? We'll see. So we called Tiger roofing and within a couple of days we were given a quote to replace all 6 skylights that we accepted. They were able to match our new HD shingles installed by the previous company AND they were able to keep our remaining warranty valid in the process. Very comforting given our dilemma. This was also great because we are located in a very rural area of Virginia's Eastern Shore. Less than 3 weeks later all 6 skylights were installed, They look and perform absolutely marvelous. Very professional team here at Tiger Roofing. BTW, we haven't needed to call them out for service. They got it right the first time.

They completed a second-story addition in Mardela Springs, replaced the roof on my parents' home in Hebron, and have handled several roof replacements in Salisbury, MD. One thing that really stands out is how easy they are to work with--especially when it comes to insurance claims for roofing work. They help guide the process and make things much less stressful for homeowners. The crews are efficient and respectful of the property, and the cleanup is always impressive--no nails, no debris, nothing left behind. If you're in the Salisbury or Wicomico County area and need a reliable roofing contractor, I'd definitely recommend giving Precision Exteriors a call.

When the trashman came I was waiting, and he asked me for a bottle of water. Before I could go in the house, Willian hopped in the back of his truck and got 3 for the trashmen.
