Stay away! These guys are common thieves. Took advantage of my wife while I was away to the tune of over 400.00 to deliver and set up childs bed. Had a 4 pm appointment, driver called at 1:30 pm and said he would be there in 12 minutes and would not return. Wife had to leave work and rush home. Delivery fee was 150.00 to inside house, 70.00 for each 30 min to assemble the bed which should have taken 30 mins. Driver stated he was starting the labor clock before the bed was off the truck. They took 2 hours of which they spent 30 mins looking for 4 small screws they "lost". I believe this was done on purpose to charge more time. Wife finally told them to leave before the bed was even assembled. Called their manager and he said they probably "had a bad day". Really? read more

I hired them to deliver my new mattress/bed frame and assembly. Upon arrival I was vacuuming and I seen the truck arrive, they where reversing into my driveway and was extremely close to the side of my house (they hit my side gutter that is supposed to attach to the gutters on the roof) they put the truck in drive and corrected the truck and reversed again. I ran upstairs and outside and asked the driver and the other guy if they had hit my house with the truck and they said "no? is this the right house for deliver?" like, yes! right house for delivery but you ruined my gutters and have denied it to my face twice!!! I will however say that the guys put my bed frame together nicely. read more

Delivery drivers were cool but aloof to their surroundings. Damaged my property while backing into my driveway. Dennis (the driver) apologized, but apologies don't take away the 120 bucks I paid for delivery and now dealing with the city digging up my yard because his mess up. Owner told me to text him, never replied. He finally replied when I gave him a bad review, and said local companies rely upon reviews and if "informing Dennis to utilize his passenger as a guide" would correct my review. Would not recommend. I now have a headache on my hands of coordinating with the city between my hospital shifts to excavate my yard. Thanks Delivery Solutions, glad my new house is being excavated because your incompetent truck drivers. read more

I had my appliances moved to the second floor today after they were delivered a couple weeks ago. The guys did a great job and had some fancy equipment that made sure the 300lb+ refrigerator made it safely up the stairs and they didn't get hurt in the process. Very cool. When we saw that, we decided to add on our dishwasher and range/oven so all the appliances would be moved and we'd be done. They told my husband on the phone that "it wouldn't be much more" to add them to the invoice. Well....turns out the fridge was $150, which we were expecting, but so were the other two appliances!! "Not much more" became THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more ($150/appliance moved). I paid it because I guess it's on us for not getting a firm price prior, but good grief, that's a real crap way to treat your customers. read more

It's been a good while since I used their services. I used them three times. The first two times I tipped them and got them coffee. The third time I did not, but whatever.. I'd appreciate the employees not talking on their cell phones during the expensive service. They did seem all smiles and polite.. two times out of three, I noticed boxes missing. The first time it did not ring a bell. I looked where we left, where I had stored, where we moved to and it did not rig a bell. The last time we used them, I noticed again that toys were missing, blankets, cds. The first time it was glass Tupperware.. it's been so long, I do not remember for sure. When they brought a friend during work, I should have said no, but I trusted the service I was paying for and using again. I had called once and asked whether they had a lost and found. The lady said no. I did not want to start anything with them, so I left it at that. Big men that steal from children and single women, obviously have no respect. Furniture was damaged. We spoke of it - only of the furniture, nothing was replaced, fixed, reimbursed, not a text back anymore in the end. The owner does seem to be a good guy that cares about his company. A few days ago, I would have given this company 4 stars even though there have been issues over the years. I have been using their service since they began plant delivery/pick-up. I hire them to transport my plants to the greenhouse each fall and pick them up in the spring. Scheduling with them is seriously flawed. They say they will call you back with a time - but don't - making more work for the customer to keep calling. Then when connecting with them, there is a sense of being rushed, that the customer has to work around their schedule instead of the customer's needs. They showed up to the wrong location more than an hour before the scheduled time! One of the most important problems with using this company is their invoicing. They didn't give the price when scheduling, leading me to believe it would be the same price as I paid this spring and last fall. But, instead, I get a charge to my credit card of $110 MORE than it was the last two deliveries. They have a nice crew but these poor practices are unacceptable. If you use their services, be sure to get a firm price before the move/delivery and sign an agreement on the time so they can be held accountable. read more
