Beginning and ending a vacation can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Rachel's team is a well oiled machine. They pick you up and drop you off in your driveway. You get communications before you arrive at Logan, where they will pick you up, a picture of the vehicle and driver name. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? You can trust Rachel and her team to take all that worry and stress away.

Fuel is the cost of doing business when you run a car service. Just build into the price, no need to be so disingenuous by tacking it on after. I suppose they would remove it, but who is going to do that unless there's a problem? They have also increased their prices dramatically in the past year. (Did you get an almost 20% raise this year? Pick up from Logan airport was 30 min later than the 6:50 time agreed on if flight arrived on the…read morescheduled time. The flight arrived 30min early and according to the service offered the driver should have checked the arrival time and arrived at the airport at 6:20 , giving him an extra 30 minutes to arrive on the agreed time of 6:50 instead of 7:25. The driver kept saying that the plane arrived 30min early and even mentioned that he had the wrong flight # which did not explain how this caused him to arrive later than the 6:50 time originaly agreed on. Apparently he reported to the company that the traffic was the reason for his late arrival. If the traffic pattern were checked for that time period I believe you would find that it was very light on that Sunday night and would not have added another hour to his travel time. I believe that the driver left his base later than necessary to meet the timeline and although he did not provide good service he received his 20% tip because it had to be paid in advance. Next time I would recommend Uber for $60 and save yourself the $212.50+ for a limo.
