It may be just because we are in the midst of Mafia season that it seems like half the store is chock full of Bills merch. For all the fans, it is a well stocked gift giving haven. And for the rest of us, there's plenty else to see. There's local snacks, novelties and teeny tiny duckies to brighten your day. I got greeted by two associates, so you know that hometown hospitality is their thing. They've recently expanded so that there's some much needed elbow room to step back and appreciate all that Buffalo artists have to offer. Which is apparently a lot.

I did not mention anything about particular party (free market for sure but went in expecting sweet craft items, not political bias). She immediately shouted "Karen!" and told me to "have the day that I deserved"! Asked her what (I literally couldn't believe what she said)?! She repeated herself and continued with "get out of my store! I wished her blessings on her space and walked out. As I was getting into my car she knocked on her side store window and shot me her middle finger. I gave her a heart sign in return and drove away. It's not the merch. I'm disgusted with (free market), it's the absolute abhorrent behavior of the OWNER!!

Her name is Deb Meier and she has some awesome work featured here. There are many other artists who have work featured here too. Rather than just paintings, I bought a pillow. Barbara L Rickard is a local artist who has many things featured here. She had a few of her paintings made into pillows. I bought one for just over $60. It's called Paintress. Where the bison's horns lock, it shows a heart. I love hearts!! (Barbara told me that!!) She actually came in for something and she signed the back of the pillow. They don't just have paintings here. The mother and daughter duo who own this shop are so knowledgeable about their plants that I almost bought one. They also host several events here, all of which sound fun.
