The team at Delicious Thymes are beyond comparison! First and foremost, the food is DELICIOUS. They catered my wedding back in October and everyone was fawning over the food. We asked for something slightly unconventional, breakfast for dinner, and they absolutely killed it! Second, they are kind, efficient, and extremely professional. Chef Jim and his assistant, Missy, created a magical evening for our family. They served an intimate holiday dinner that was just outstanding. The lobster tartlet and seared bluefin tuna were mouthwatering. There were so many highlights on the menu. Chef Jim walked through the door with confidence and professionalism, yet exuded the warmth that we enjoyed for our family dinner. They left the kitchen in immaculate condition, as promised. I don't even know where to start. We excepted the food to be good but every SINGLE dish was outstanding.. Not only was the food incredible, but the presentation was as important to Jim and Brittany as the ingredients themselves. The flavors and pairings were just superb. We felt like we were judges on a food competition show! Everything about our experience was top notch. They created a relaxed yet professional atmosphere and had perfect timing between the flow of each course. In fact, in between courses they showed us how to actually hold knives correctly, told jokes and kept the mood light. It was much more than just a "personal chef experience". The whole affair lasted almost 3 hours during which Jim and Brittney wouldn't accept a beer until their job was done. We can't recommend them highly enough.
