I politely mentioned what happened previously, not to ask for a refund or discount, but simply as constructive feedback so the business could improve. Instead of hearing me out or apologizing, they became offended and told me to order elsewhere. That response says a lot about the difference between simply selling food and actually knowing how to run a successful business. Customer feedback even negative feedback is valuable when handled professionally. Accountability and customer service matter just as much as the food itself, and unfortunately this place falls short in both areas.

I liked the kielbasa and it was great that a bbq place didn't only have hot links. Service was friendly and fast. They've only been open about a year and it's nice that people are finding it. You can order To Go or they have a few tables outside (no shade) or on the back patio with umbrellas. Open Wednesday through Saturday, no phone orders.
