This afternoon my wife purchased two portions of your "Harvest Chicken" from the hot foods counter. When she brought it home, we sat down expecting dinner. I didn't realize chicken could actually reach the texture of corrugated cardboard, but your staff has apparently mastered that technique. It's honestly a shame, because an animal had to give its life for that meal, only for it to be cooked into something no human should reasonably be expected to eat. For comparison, a stop at Burger King would have been a noticeable upgrade in quality.
