What is it with places calling themselves Deli** when what they do is serve sandwiches, potatoes, cooked breakfasts and chips.
Having failed to find the expected array of cooked meats and cheeses hinted at in this establishment's name I settled for a Honey Chili Chicken panini.
I have to say that I was a little disappointed, my panini was very dry and a trifle sparse in the filling department and, although it didn't have an unpleasant flavour, I struggled to identify the honey or chili in it's title.
The prices are not bad with the offer of adding a canned soft drink and chips/crisps to your panini for a total price of £3.99. They also do meal deals on burgers, jacket potatoes, baguettes and wraps for between £3.49 and £3.99.
The welcome I received on entering was warm and genuine but I declined the offer of eating in as I'm not a fan of grubby plastic seating at wall mounted breakfast bars. read more
