I've been craving Indian food and decided to try this place via delivery through GrubHub. I ordered…read moreshrimp pakora, butter chicken, which came with rice, and garlic naan. The food arrived hot and well packed. The shrimp were very tasty. Not much crispiness, but that is to be expected with delivery. The sauces that came with it were very delicious. I enjoyed the butter chicken. The chicken was perfectly tender and a good amount. The sauce could have used a bit more flavor in my opinion. I did order mild just to see what the baseline spice was, and would definitely go medium or more next time. The sauce was a nice consistency. The rice was well cooked, but no flavor on its own. I have been to some Indian spots in which the rice itself is very aromatic and flavorful with some spices cooked into it; this was more just basic rice. Still good with the butter chicken. The garlic naan was tasty! Overall, this was a decent spot! I'd order again and try a different spice level and some other menu items. Prices were fair for portions in my opinion.

It was so good, the veggies were fresh and the sauce was very tasty. They don't give you a ton of meat. However, the food is simple and fresh. I had dinner at Lumbini Fusion with a friend at Lexington Market this weekend and had an okay meal…read more First, I thought the service was great. They served us a little later than maybe they were supposed to (the market really shuts down at 5:30 on Fridays and we were trying to grab a quick bite before the theater), which was so friendly and helpful. They also asked us about the spice level we wanted - thoughtful again! We ordered a few things: fish curry, a lamb curry, some naan, and some momo. The momo were pretty good (the filling was maybe a little dry, but it was flavorful). The lamb curry had good flavor, but I don't think the lamb was cleaned properly (silver skin still attached, leaving it to be cut off when eating, since it's such an unpleasant texture). The fish curry I thought was great, definitely the best thing we ordered. Overally, the food was just okay. But I do think the staff at the stand were very friendly and helpful!

I wasn't crazy about the rice on my first visit, and a second go around just confirmed it. I was disappointed in the Chicken Tikka Masala and the only way I can explain it is bland. We tried the spring rolls, green curry with tofu, Pad Ka Pow, and mango sticky rice, and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The food was flavorful, fresh, and definitely hit the spot. The Thai tea was also good, although it was a little too sweet for my taste. One suggestion would be to ask customers how sweet they would like it, if possible. The wait staff was very attentive and responsive throughout our meal, which made the experience even better. Overall, great food, great service, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. We'll definitely be going back!

The fried tofu appetizer and khao soy were both good.I really appreciated that they had Thai green tea on the menu because not every Thai restaurant does. Other than that, service was good.

The pork dumplings I ordered are shumai-style - not bursting with flavor, but at $6 for six meaty dumplings the size of a baby's fist, I ain't complaining. The chicken pad Thai is not bad, and points for offering pork belly as a protein option. Thin noodles are used but they have a good spring to them, though the flavor leans a bit more tart than my taste buds would prefer. Everything on the menu looks tempting, and it's refreshingly focused. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be back to try more items.
