Service, despite it being a buffet, was attentive and helpful. I could understand the crowds waiting to be seated. This time when we arrived, there was no wait and many empty tables. Hmm . . . Then the food - bland, bad, and not fresh. The paneer was tough, the chicken chewy, and all greasy in a very bad way. This is in comparison to our previous meals as well as our experience eating in some acclaimed Indian restaurants. Service was abysmal. The staff grouped by the station without purpose - no one asking if we wanted drinks, how our meal was, or even offering the bill. Given this, it's highly unlikely that we'd ever try it again. The experience was insulting regardless of cost. PS they remove bad reviews from Google. As I posted there, I saw 4 other 1 star reviews for today and now they are gone
