They give you pretty generous servings, great for families. A single serving could last a single person a good 3 meals. The naan is pretty big and always fresh. The spice is amazing and hits the spot every time and the fresh, fluffy naan compliments it well. Even after it's been refrigerated and microwaved again, it still holds its flavour. The price is very good for the portions. For buttered chicken, lamb curry, 2 pieces of naan, and white rice, that costed me $32.00 and has lasted about 3 days for my dad and myself (we didn't have it for every meal but we did have it every day). I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to explore some Indian cuisine or just craving some spice. Very good.

Last Friday, I went there specifically to buy their mix vegetable pakoras. After taking my first bite, I felt something extremely hard -- it felt like an uncooked channa (raw chickpea or another hard object). When I bit down, my tooth cracked severely all the way to the root. As a result, I now need oral surgery and a tooth extraction, with treatment costs totaling more than $7,000. I contacted the owner, Balwinder Virk, the same day to report the incident. Unfortunately, they denied responsibility and refused to help with the dental expenses. This wasn't the first issue. Three weeks ago, we ordered paranthas from their Westwind location, and the paneer parantha had an excessive amount of red chili powder. After taking only two bites, I experienced severe stomach pain that still continues today. These repeated issues have made me extremely disappointed and concerned about food safety. I will no longer recommend Chai Baar to anyone, and I urge others to be careful and check their food before eating.
