I'm not really sure if the perceived change is actually her or a symptom of changes in healthcare as a whole.

I'd say that you should absolutely insist on some kind of printout when you visit Piedmont Physicians of Midtown that proves that your parking was paid. I said I could email her. She will not assist with that. She said if I did they would get back to me in a few days as I'm standing there with no one in the waiting room and no patients coming or going. The administrative staff is rude and combative, especially the office manager. My last visit was a follow-up for blood work, which somehow took an hour. The office manager, who was not wearing a mask, would not let my partner accompany me inside due to Covid. One would think that she would be wearing a mask if Covid was a concern, but alas. They sent my pharmacy conflicting prescriptions, the blood work left a bruise for over a week, every appointment take at least an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, you spend all of your time waiting in a room before talking to a PA for maybe 5 minutes. It's an all around awful experience.

This is probably true at all doctors' offices today, but I still hate it. I am very happy that Dr. Coleman moved from his old office in Piedmont Hospital to the new Piedmont Physicians Group branch in Atlantic Station. Parking is so much more convenient now. I was in need of a Dr. Jarrett, but I knew I wouldn't be satisfied with anyone attempting to replace her. With the World Wide Web being at our fingertips, something told me to do a search for her. What makes the office work is doctor Amy Wu She's a great Physician. She is personable and competent. There's on site lab with a great phlebotomy. Doctor Wu takes her own vital signs and does her own History and physical exam, which is unusual in modern medicine. ​ The one medical model is great and I endorse it it's a bargain.
