Again, he quoted me a great price and sent his team over a few days later. The team arrived nice and early, laid out tarp to protect the floors and went in full steam ahead. All the outlets were put in fine and afterwards they tested each one in front of me and made sure the GFCI operated correctly. He installed a ceiling fan and light for me and made the current outlets that were controlled by the light switch continuously live. He was meticulous in his work, provided me with a switch to control the light and fan individually as well as being able to control the fan speed and to dim the lights and even provided me with better light bulbs than the fan came with! He took the time to explain how everything worked and left my house in the same condition he found it in! Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere from the cut he had to make in the ceiling! And as an added bonus his price was better than reasonable for all the work he did. If I could give his company more stars I would! I found Salazar Electric online and decided to give them a call. Juan, the owner, came to my home and was prompt at the scheduled appointment. I explained to him that I just painted the house and did not want any holes in the ceiling. In addition, I just recently spray foamed my attic as well. He went over in detail how he was going to run the electrical line and assured me no holes were going to be in the ceiling or walls, as he was going to snake the wires down the walls. I informed Juan that I wanted the work done in June, which was about three weeks from the initial meeting, and he was able to accommodate me on the day I selected. A couple of days later, I received an email with the date I wanted the job done and the amount, which was reasonably priced. Max and another gentleman got the job done in a couple of hours. It took them a while to drill a hole through the spray foam, but they got it done. After the job was complete, they cleaned up after themselves.
