A case against the state and another driver. He told me the whole time we were going after the state. With the government it is a little tricky. Plus someone passed away. You need to file a form to the state within 60 days then after they respond you have 60 days to file suit. He told me that we were all set and all forms filed. So,my statute of limitations would not run out and we were going to jump on the coat tails of the other firm. Then once we received the check from the other drivers insurance company he jumped ship. Told me the other firm was not filing against the state. I found out recently that was not the case. When I was subpoenaed to testify against the state and county as a witness. I called Robert and he denied he ever said that he was going after the state. I even sent him the emails he sent me. Stating we were going after them and all forms were filled. Long Story short is. He never filed the necessary documents to keep the lawsuit open against the state. Please do not make the same mistake I did. He will not do the job you hire him too. He does whatever financially benefits him. He is looking for the quick buck Thank you for your time. Don F.

I have had the great sincere pleasure of knowing Robert G. Johnson for 15 years. I am an attorney…read morein Montana. Robert and I have worked together on many cases. I have never met a person with greater integrity; greater mental recall; a greater capacity to garner facts; nor a person whose passion for his clients and cases is above and beyond the ordinary. When the matter has concluded, he still cares. I am sorry to see the negative review. I can only think the gentleman had difficulty understanding that a case changes over time. We attorneys do our best to size a case up in the beginning, but facts roll in on us, and we do the best we can as things change over our years long relationship with a case and our clients. It makes me very sad to see this great, noble man disparaged as he is by Don F. You will not regret going with Robert Johnson. I say that with complete sincerity. Thank you for your time also. Paul had emailed a form in which we listed the assets we possess as well as children, etc., so the first visit only took about 45 minutes. He quoted us a very reasonable price and said the trust would be ready in two weeks. During that two weeks, he emailed us several drafts of the different documents (the trust, pour over will, and several others) for our review. We asked several question by email and he always responded promptly. When we returned to his office, he had a notary present and it took about 30 minutes for us to sign the forms. He then scanned a copy and emailed it to us. The originals were put into a nice-looking three-ring binder and given to us. His last words were, "If you ever have any questions, just let me know. There is no cost." Highly recommend Paul. He knows his stuff. We had some steps to do (notifying banks, etc.) and he laid out each of those steps clearly.
