We did end up getting the cart back shortly after 5 pm and they were still there so we could give them the keys. We got an overview of the lock and we were off! There is plenty of golf cart parking all over the island, but you do have to pay in most places. The cart was easy to use, ran well, and was clean. To be honest, we probably didn't really need a golf cart since we were there for such a short day, but it was fun to drive around the island a bit. I'd rent from them again if we're ever back!

The customer service was horrible and we were expected to inspect the golf carts ourselves before renting it. During the night we discovered our headlights were not working at all. Luckily we did not get pulled over but there were cops everywhere due to the concert. When we returned the cart we asked for any sort of refund for our malfunctioning cart but they asked if we got a ticket from the cops. We did not get a ticket so they told us there was nothing they could do. When we asked that if we had gotten a ticket if they would refund us and they said no because there was no way of verifying it didn't work (maybe they could go look at the cart for themselves but they didn't) they said their manager was in the back and they would tell them about our cart but that was a little lie to pacify us.
