More expensive than other carts..half way through day cart go super slow they would not answer phone for support. Will not rent again..

One of the rudest owners ever! Everything was fine until we realized that my fiance lost the receipt given to us when we rented the cart. Then he treated us like we were criminals. He refused to honor our $5 coupon we gave to him when we rented. His wife was sitting behind him and she was even rolling her eyes at him. (He did finally give us a $5 bill after charging my credit card the non-discounted price) I felt sorry for his wife. There are so many golf cart rental places on Put-in-Bay, skip this one and give you money to one of the many others that would appreciate your money. P.S. To Mean Guy-I found my receipt. read more

Every trip my family and I have made to Put in Bay we have ALWAYS rented from Village Carts and I just wanted to say that we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE on Sunday 7/17/16 when we rented a 6 seat cart. ALL of the employees were VERY FRIENDLY and so POLITE and all smiles. Not sure where they are from but they all seemed to really care about taking care of the customer and being polite and even with their accent they were very easy to understand and so helpful. (Mentioning only because we had the RUDEST "russian" accented young man ruin our afternoon at Patio Chicken and was so refreshing to go across the street and be able to deal with such a fantastic staff of young possibly Russian workers who made us all feel so welcomed).
