I guess I was looking a bit confused because there are many medical areas located within the facility. I needed an MRI so of course some people don't like the noise or the time it takes to complete. The staff in the radiology area made sure I was as comfortable as can be. They even have headsets & ask which channel on Pandora you would like to hear!!! Now I probably should have chosen classical music because I was supposed to remain still & not sing & dance. Lol. I'm proud of myself because they didn't have to repeat a thing. Lol. They were very professional & assisted me with any needs I may have had. I think this will be my spot for any future radiology/testing procedures in the future!!!

I usually have them done at either Jefferson Hospital or Penn in the city, which both tend to be a bit straight to the point and lack any type of personal interaction, but not at this location! Marissa(I know that's not right, but it's close) who does insurance/front desk was literally the nicest and most genuine person I've met in awhile, great conversation and she answered all my questions - I tend to become a chatter box when I'm nervous haha. I literally only needed to wait 2 minutes and I was already being seen by Lori, who was super professional, compassionate, explained every step of the way and answered all my "dumb" questions. Marissa(to be fair she butchered my name too haha) and Lori made this unwanted/stressful visit quick,easy and painless. You guys a rock stars and deserve so much praise(maybe a raise too!)for being great people and awesome employees. I will unfortunately be back to this location for my future MRI's and will certainly tell everyone I know how great this location is!

The front desk ladies were very nice to me - but you must be polite to them - they are super busy and over worked. They all need a big raise.
